Chipotle Mexican Grill

While I love the food, especially the sofritas, the staff at this location is rude and impatient. The noise level is very loud, and few of the tables are clean. Other locations are MUCH better.

Nah young, you ain’t wanna eat here, and that’s coming from someone who thinks chipotle is dope af for the most part. Some of these employees are so incompetent I’m surprised they can even find the building. It’s not rocket science, it’s putting a bunch of food in a tortilla. Like come on son.
I thought this was a Moes, forreal. I’d rather eat at qdoba than this chipotle location. You ever eat guacamole that taste like it sat in the sun all day? You want to? Eat here. Also the person in charge of the establishment should check their customer service skills before they wreck their customer service skills.
Go a mile down the road and eat at the one on campus, or a mile the other direction and eat at the one at willow lawn, you’ll be glad you did. This place sucks for real.

This place is filthy, food on the floor and tables and the trash cans are overflowing. I waited 7 min for someone to take my order because the employees were laughing and joking in the back and playing on their cell phones. This place needs new management.

This place is your standard Chipotle location. The service here was very friendly and quick. I came here for an early dinner and the place was about ¹⁄₃ full.
The place was very clean and well kept. The serving of all the fixings were pretty average besides the sour cream and guacamole. they gave a huge scoop of those two and I was especially grateful for all that guac. Yummmm! The corn here was extra tasty. Location is great as it’s right next to carytown. If you want to get a quick bite to eat I would recommend coming here.
There’s some seats that face the window so you can people watch so I opted for that seat. There’s also outside seating as well.

First time to try this location, first time to try ordering online.
Both it appears back fired on me.
I love Chipotle because I love the fresh guacamole. I always pay extra to get it on everything plus I get a bag of chips and a side of guacamole.
I was shocked when I got home and found brown guacamole. It appears as if they took yesterday’s guacamole and mixed it in with today’s guacamole. You could see a bit of fresh green guacamole and then the brown older guacamole that was along the edges and running in streaks through the guacamole.
This is the first time I have seen it and the first location that I have ever experienced this at. Maybe I should stick to getting fresh Chipotle from the VCU area. Higher volume, higher profits which means larger servings and fresher product.

I always forget this Chipotle exists because it’s sandwiched between a Panera and a pet store and lacks significant signage. Convenient location in Carytown, though, and it’s everything you expect in a Chipotle. Parking can be a challenge at peak times.

Example of false advertising. I love chipotle but this location skimps on food. They advertise packed burritos and bowls but this location will give you half the size. Very dissapointing and happens almost every time we eat here.
I’m would be happy to change this to 5 stars if management changes this.

This is the best Chipotle location in Richmond besides Short Pump. I avoid the VCU location at all costs because they are always swamped, and I do not prefer to eat my meal while being stared at by a bunch of hungry undergrads. They have ample parking at this location. The staff is on top of their game and the portions are always a good size. The food always tastes extra fresh. Very pleased with this location.

Wow, as I’m typing this I still can’t believe how bad the service was…
This used to be my all time favorite Chipotle. I would go far out of my way just to get to this location. They were quick, friendly, and accurate.
Today, they completely ignored me. The first employee in the line asked me what I wanted, so I told him what I wanted. (I order the same thing every time.)
He proceeded to ignore me and took the other person’s order behind me. Next, the lady working next to him decided she would route customers around me so she could help them. I have never had an experience where I was blatantly ignored.
You’d think that something like this would happen at McDonalds or Subway, but Chipotle?!
I doubt I will go back to this location for quite some time.

This location sucks Bc they give you so little food. They are even stingy w the rice! Their portion size is pathetic compared to other locations. Not sure who trained these folks but they need a do over. This is my second time here and the first time had the same experience.

Friendly and fast service! Great Chipotle location!

Chipotle is Chipotle is Chipotle. We’ve been going to this one for about a year now, ever since it opened. Recently the portions have been getting smaller and smaller. I go to Chipotle to get a lot of food at a reasonable price but when I only get a half scoop of rice and a half scoop of beans it’s a bit ridiculous.
If this happened once in a while I could maybe understand that it’s just a difference in the people on the serving line, but that hasn’t been the case.
In addition to this, the supervisor was very rude to his employee on register, snapping his fingers at her to prompt her to move faster when it was obvious she was moving as fast as possible. I understand wanting to get through the line, but there is a line of respect that was clearly crossed.
All of these factors mean that we’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

This location has an odd layout but the burritos were awesome as you would expect.

Came here and there was a decent line going on, but no worries. These guys have an efficient system to get people in and out with your food in no time! Food was fresh and I’m kinda craving to go back as write this.
Great location in Carytown next to Fresh Market and Panera so lots of parking available. I definitely keep going here over the VCU undergrad location!

Very fast, very friendly, very McPotle, just like I’m used to.

I’ve been to this Chipotle twice now and have been satisfied each time. The food always tastes fresh and I’ve never had to wait in a long line. Granted, I’ve only been here later in the evening.
The only thing different about this location is that it’s a bit on the small side. I can imagine seating being an issue during the lunch hour rush as this is definitely the smallest Chipotle I’ve been to. However, I am beyond stoked on being able to grab a decent burrito in Carytown!
