Not a «first come, first serve» kinda place. People complaining & waiting. You’ll see people come in behind you & get their food first especially if the help knows ‘em

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Richmond, VA
Why in the world would I give Church’s five stars? And why even review a fast food place at all? The answer is PHENOMENALSERVICE. I cannot believe how amazing the service was when I went to Church’s Chicken today. I had never been to a Church’s in my life, but I received some coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try. This Richmond location on Mechanicsville Pike didn’t look like anything out of the ordinary. It was a simple, stand-alone restaurant on the side of the road. But Sharon at the cashier really WOW-ed me. Sharon was just so down-to-earth and friendly! I had a coupon for a $ 4 combo meal(six boneless wings + fries + drink + biscuit), and I asked whether I could substitute okra for the fries. She said why not?(Aside: I had never seen okra on the menu at a fast food chain before! I did not expect them to come in small, deep-fried chunks, but they were not bad!) Sharon was just so kind and attentive, reassuring me that she was listening as she filled a drive-thru order and completed other tasks while I was placing my order(there were only two employees at the counter). She consistently maintained a very conversational tone. I also ordered the three-piece spicy chicken tenders w/biscuit deal, which was at a promotional price of $ 2.99. I added two individual sides(corn and coleslaw) for an additional $ 2.19. My total was $ 10.18, which Sharon remarked was not bad at all. I had a lot of questions about the sides, beverage options, etc., but Sharon answered them all with a great attitude. She genuinely made me experience the utmost best in customer satisfaction, a level of service surpassing that of even fine-dining establishments; to top it off, here she wasn’t even getting a tip! Since I had to wait a while for them to make the order of spicy tenders, Sharon thanked me for my patience. She even offered to refill my pink lemonade(soda fountain was behind the counter, which generally implies no refills), which I had been sipping on while waiting for my food. Sharon wished me a pleasant day as she handed me my order, manually double-checking with me that all the parts of my order were accounted for, and told me to come back any time. I’m not one to have fried chicken often(it isn’t exactly the healthiest of foods), but Church’s has so many unique things on the menu(e.g. fried chicken steak, jalapeño poppers) and so many special deals, that I may very well come again in the future, even sans coupon! If anything, the service is reason enough to pay another visit, because honestly, I could not have been more pleased! =)
