Standard Coach store. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
They advised that the styles change once per month and they get a completely different style look and introduce it every month. I didn’t know that.
They have all kinds of goodies in here, keychains, purses, wallets, hobo bags, totes, belts, shoes, perfume, etc.
If you like Coach take a few moments to look around.

I’m a frequent coach shopper, but I don’t have a boutique store near my house. I usually order online or buy at the factory store in Williamsburg (carries both factory and retail bags). Went into this coach store while taking a day trip to Richmond. I loved the colors of the legacy collection they’ve had lately. I actually stopped into this store twice, a few hours apart. The staff was able to answer all of my questions about which bags came in which shapes and colors. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this store.

I went to Coach looking for a Christmas gift for my best friend. I haven’t been to this store in quite awhile, and was reminded why… because I wanted one of everything FOR MYSELF on today’s visit! Prices aren’t bad for the quality of what you’re getting. I’d actually rather spend a bit more at this location for the quality and design options offered, than slightly less for less quality and design options offered at the Williamsburg Coach Factory Store.
Service was friendly and helpful. I will be back. After Christmas :-)
