My experience with Dr. Gambrel was good, however, the practice asked me to pay upfront for the full charge of several hundred dollars for the procedure even though I had really good dental insurance coverage. Customer focused practices will not do this. To top things off, Commonwealth Endodontics did not submit all of the required claim detail necessary for my insurance to approve and process my claim. I had to follow up 2 more times with my insurance company and their billing department to get things resolved (hopefully). Bottom line, Commonwealth Endodontics received their money but 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for the up front money that I should never have had to pay!

Decent doctors, horrible management. I would choose a dental facility to take care of my needs who also treats their employees with respect — unfortunately Commonwealth Endodontics is not the type of business. If you can’t respect and care for the employees who run your business how can you genuinely respect and care for your patients?
