I placed my order thinking that it would get shipped same day, but instead they decided to wait over the three day weekend to ship it out. When I asked about it over email, I just got a bunch of copy /paste responses and the general sense that no one cared.
You’re better off ordering from some place with an actual reputation.

The shipping fees more than doubled the order cost. Which would have been ok if we would have gotten the sheet music in a reasonable time frame. As it was, we managed to order shoes, return them, and order and receive a 2^nd pair from Zappos in 2 days less than it took to get one piece of sheet music from this place.
