We took our car in to have the transmission repaired – six months at their shop and it still has the same problems. They claimed to have rebuilt the tranny but apparently they failed.
I called every week for three months and Mark would just say, «we’ll have it done by the end of the week» which was an outright lie. Poorly run business and bad customer service. $ 3k down the toilet.
Go out of town and find other certified mechanics for your foreign vehicle!
