Excellent quality and service throughout! Found an amazing Mahogany door there and they ordered all hardware, delivered when requested and came back to install after I had our painter stain it. Joe was extremely accommodating and we could not be happier with our experience. Thank you Ditos!

I needed a screen door to keep the bugs out. It needed to be cut to fit, because I have a non-​standard-​sized door frame. The big box retailers don’t do custom cutting of doors. Regardless, I prefer to work with local, family-​owned businesses, that give more personal attention, like Dito’s.
Dito measured and cut the door to fit. His son installed it.
The door looks great, and works perfectly.

Terrible experience. Dito’s owner had no willingness to return when door-​sticking problem we paid $ 250 to repair recurred. We hired Dito’s Doors to replace part of the metal weather stripping on our door because the old material was making the door stick badly. The repair person spent about 20 minutes removing the old material, and about 20 minutes installing new, rubber-​like weather stripping. When done, door did not stick. Three weeks later, the door was gain sticking badly. I called Mr. Dito and told him about return of the sticking problem. He said, «Did it work ok we left?» I said yes. «Then it’s not our problem,» he said. He insisted on this, and refused to inspect door again. He became snide and verbally abusive. The charge for the repair was very steep, but I had agreed to it. But the combo of high cost and total lack of accountability or willingness to fix problem is unacceptable. Never experienced this before. I would never, never use this vendor, and discourage others from doing so.

The quality and service we received were excellent, up and down the line, from the office staff to the man who came out to measure to the installers. They explained everything very clearly and told us about options we had not considered. The door arrived as promised, and they even installed the new dog door we had purchased. It was beautifully done. I would absolutely recommend them!

Very poor service. They missed the appointment they made to come by for measurements (I missed work). After I rescheduled and they took the measurements, they kept promising to call back with estimates, but never did. When I called to ask for the estimates, they insisted they couldn’t provide them (then why did they say they could?), not even for windows they had already measured. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Family based business that gives honest work…
So of course I wanted to get a custom door in our new home… Isn’t that what everyone else does?
After looking a stock pictures at Home Depot and trying to get a visual with the samples. We had almost given up… Who makes custom door these days? Whatever happen to Quality vs. Quanity?
And then I came across Dito’s Door…
I called to get a quote and I think the Owner answered the phone since the receptionist was out to lunch… he had a very heavy Italian accent, but was so accommodating and friendly…
we made an appointment to come see our door that I wanted to be replaced…
The next day the Owner’s Son and Nephew arrived and took measurements of our front door… they were very punctuall and professional… they asked what kind of door we imagined and showed us pictures from their portfolio. being that they seem quite knowledgeable and experienced. my husband and I just basically told them what we envisioned./dreamed.
Within a few weeks our custom door was crafted! Then even kept us posted to the progress…
The day we got our new custom door was a day we will never forget. The door was breathtaking and everything more that we wanted it to be…
A front door to your home is the first thing people seeing and it reflects character to the home…

Above all –we were super impressed with the talent and honesty of Dito’s Doors.

We wanted new interior doors in our house and were looking into trying to do it ourselves and get them from home depot.
Instead we shopped around and found Dito’s Doors. They had better selection and good prices… and knew what they were doing (unlike us wannabe DIYers)
They came one day to do measurements and then came back another day to install our gorgeous new doors! They provided fast friendly service, cleaned up and took away our old doors (thank GOD! those things were ancient)
Our house looks transformed with our new doors.
So glad we chose Dito’s Doors and I’m looking forward to when we can eventually get new front/​back doors!
