To Michael B. Next time don’t be so lazy and take out your own collar stays. They aren’t your mother. They take in hundreds of shirts per day and you expect them to babysit your shirts for you? Grow up dude.

I think this place is great. I have tried every single other cleaner in the neighborhood, as I haven’t been extremely loyal to any of them, and this cleaners is hands down the best I have ever used.
They still offer next day service, which no other cleaners do, because they do not clean the clothes in-​house. They ship them to one of two major facilities in Houston which is why, no more next day service. These guys do it in the building.
I have been moderately impressed by the alterations I have had done — a few buttons, hole in the pants, cuff fell etc — all have come back nicely done.
Pricing is on par with all others. Staff are locals who speak my native language.
I have used them dozens of times now, and I think they’re great!

I have used this place for about 3 years since i moved to waterside estates and i have never had any problems there. They even helped me one day i needed my shirts the same day. They always let me use coupons so the price is better.
The owner is always around so i think if you ever have a problem he can just take care of it.

This place is quite possibly the WORST drycleaner ever!!! They ruined a few of my husband’s shirts only to give us a credit for more drycleaning. When we brought more in we were given someone else’s clothes upon pick-​up. I promptly returned the clothes. Much later I realized we were missing some items. After stupidly returning yet again, they ruined another shirt! I have a neighbor whose clothes they couldn’t find. She had to go back herself and look for them! They were found but under someone else’s name. And yet another neighbor keeps going and repeatedly gets his shirts ruined and getting credit. He then goes and buys new shirts and doesn’t take the new stuff.
Save your clothes and take them somewhere else! Anywhere else!

This place is awful.
I recently took some shirts in for dry cleaning and they melted… YES MELTED the collar stays in them. After 4 weeks, countless trips to this dump and the owner NEVER calling me back to resolve the situation, the solution was to create «little pockets» for new collar stays to go into.
AND they never offered to refund my money for the cleaning.
AVOID this place!!!
