I ordered for the 2nd time and was greatly disappointed. The salad? was a quarter of an iceberg lettuce. Grey colored salami & ham. I tossed! The chicken? in my tacos was possibly not and microwaved, dry and yucky. I will neither order from them or refer them to my enemies. Also they should do background checks on their delivery people. I knew the guy they sent to my home. I didn’t need for this perv to know where I live. Thanks a lot East Bay Pizza! I spent over $ 45.00 for all. Fuck me!

I always like to support local business and so I decided to try out! I wasn’t satisfied with their customer service or their pizza. Customer service: There’s nothing wrong with adding technology to improve their establishment but, I wanted to ask some question about their pizza quality and the staff couldn’t answer. Pizza: I ordered a pepperoni or peppers and no peppers. Their sauce is really salty and too much garlic. I won’t order again. Sorry.

Omg, where do I start. Ordered off grub hub last night at 7pm. It took TWO hours for my food to be delivered. Hubby and I were starving and I was excited for our meal because they have an «impressive» menu selection and I had food cravings. Food arrived late, cold and everything was soggy. The texture and taste of everything was awful. Even the salad and the $ 4 extra I spent on shrimp was nasty. I love to eat and it rarely happens when I CAN’T eat something. This was just not edible. I called the restaurant and asked if I could send my food back. It wasn’t worth the $ 62 we spent. They offered to redo the order. Although hubby didn’t want food from them again, we agreed. Food arrived within the hour. Calimari was slightly crunchier this time, but still super chewy and stringy(almost like smart and final calimari) the stuffing in the pesto ravioli was disgusting. It didn’t taste like beef at all, it was orange, chalky and gross. They did not replace the salad and nasty raw shrimp they put on the first one.(Not fully cooked salad shrimp) the fish and chips were chewy and not crispy. The second time they were sent they were undercooked and the batter was raw. My husband didn’t eat from the first or the second order. I ate what I could stomach because I’m pregnant and was really craving some Italian food, but at now 10pm, there were no other options. Now I’m sick to my stomach the next day from what I believe is food poisoning. Huge waste of time and money. They’re intentions were good and they tried to resolve the issues, but the quality of their ingredients was just not there. I’m not a picky eater at all, and I was truly disappointed I couldn’t eat anything even if I wanted to force myself. I didn’t want to call again and tell them their food was bad a second time as I figure one can only take so much negative criticism at a time. I’ve gotten sick multiple times today and had a rough night as well. Save your money and your intestines.

Ordered from them last night around 10:35 pm and for a first timer, they didn’t disappoint too much. They followed all of my instructions and they came at the appropriate time frame stated from Eat24. The only issue I have with them is, my steak tacos were bland. Yeah, the steak was cooked to perfection and all the tomatoes and stuff were fresh, but it was still bland. My advice is, PUTSOMESEASONINGONYOURMEAT! Meat is supposed to have flavor, not taste like nothing. The taco looked awesome, but when I bit into some season-less meat, I was sad. Im willing to give you another shot if you amp up that meat properly.

Kinda pricey small classic pizza w/tx $ 18. Pizza was greasy & salty, may have been salami. Onions, bellpepper, mushrooms taste like they had been sauteed separately & not cooked with pizza in oven. Owner was nice. Won’t go back

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. 3 words BESTBURRITOEVER. What more needs to be said? The carnitas are fantastic. Definitely recommend this place if your craving a burrito.

Gave us the wrong order and when I called, they straight up refused to correct it. They were extremely rude and hung up on me. Charged me almost $ 25 for three tacos. Will NEVER order from them again.

I’m really confused right now. Two Asian people telling me I’m ordering Italian wrong! Yes I agree bc they won’t put sauce in my noodles for less that 3.99. So for 7 bucks, no sauce. She had the nerve to tell me «nothing’s free». Like I’m asking for a free meal. I was about to spend 45.00 b4 they were so rude.

I hate to give this place a bad review but they messed up so many times with my orders. Today I ordered a $ 30 worth in food and asked the guy answering the phone to bring change. He clearly said, no problem and told me the order would take 55 minutes and nothing longer. I called them 95 minutes after and the guy told me to wait another 20 minutes and the driver would be right there! Indeed, 2 hours after I have placed the order, the driver arrives. But guess what? No change for the $ 100 bill that I asked! I will never order from this place again! It sucks! Stay away from here!

Came by here late at night not expecting much. This was one of the few places open and i was pleasently surprised at the quality. Ordered a East Bay Special to take home to the fam and everyone ate it all up. Fresh ingredients and hot pizza, what more can u ask for, esp around 10pm! This hit the spit with the late night munchies. Def will come here again. I did take out, but I think they deliver too, so maybe i’ll do that next time.

Amazing pizzeria located in Richmond. Gourmet vegetarian pizza here is to die for. The vegetables were actually chopped by the man in the kitchen and served to us by his lovely wife. On other occasions, I have tried their delivery service and figured out that some days are better than others depending on how backed up they are. Delivery driver is very polite and usually here within the hour.

Completely rude and unprofessional company. Take down your credit card numbers and information incorrectly, then blame the customer for their language barrier. When you eventually get tired of them blaming you for giving them the information incorrectly, they hang up and cancel your order, and tell you not to order there again. The lady can’t own up to her mistakes taking the order over the phone, so she turns away a paying customer. Avoid this place if you can. Crappy people run the joint, even crappier food comes out of it. Also the amount of information she asked for on the card was alarming. The first time I ordered from these people, a different gentleman only asked for the standard, digits, expiration, and last 3 on the back. This lady wanted enough information to request a duplicate. I’m going to be watching for fraudulent charges for the next few days. AVOIDTHISPLACE!

They’re always so nice and their Large One Topping TOGO special is such a dope ass deal. Everything is a good price. I like how the two people working actually own the business and I’m not just going to a shop where there’s some minimum wage 20 year old who isn’t invested in the business because he’s not apart of it. I don’t understand the negative reviews. There were probably just a few bad incidences, it’s gonna happen now and then when running a pizza joint.

In the East Bay, there are very few late night pizza options to get your drunk munch on. The one you want is East Bay pizza. Their pizza comes faster and is bigger then San Francisco pizza(the *only* other late night pizza option, so I have to be an asshole and compare them directly.) And even though I’m pretty sure most of their foodstuffs are frozen and simply re-microwaved, and even though every pizza I’ve ever had from them taste vaguely like taco sauce, I still love them for delivering to my door in less than 1.5 hours, and for the delivery guy always being really nice.

Great for lazy food… used eat24 app so that is convenient… ordered 2 topping pizza and cheese sticks… nice and jot on delivery and fair price… better than little ceasers… not on same level as round table… but they have a deep menu and food is pretty good for non chain restaurant…

Huge menu to choose from, fresh ingredients, tasty foods, and friendly services. I love the Brazilian sandwiches here, so good! Definitely try the chicken x-Tudo. The cheese taste better than most places I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot of places. They claimed to use low sugar and low sodium and no trans fat, but after trying their food I’m a believer! Inside dining atmosphere feels very homey, great for families. I’ve been a regular for a couple of years now and for many more years to come!

Recently moved to El Sobrante/Pinole border and got their flyer at my door step. Gross! Didn’t even want to save the leftovers, took it straight to the garbage can outside. The crust didn’t seem hand made, taste frozen. Minimal sauce. Not cheap for what you get. Took an hour + to get it, so by that time I was so hungry I choked down two slices. I also found it odd that they gave me a business card for a cleaning business. Family owned? Branching out into new services? Either way, no more East Bay Pizza for me.
