The worst customer service and stupid exchange policy. Trying to shop for Christmas presents and have no one willing to help me exchange a gift. Good luck this Christmas season. Going to have a lot of complaints for final sale policy. Not that hard to manage.

OK, this is a cool place. The place is packed, and the prices are great. The best part is Ellie. We came from the west coast and found a chandelier that we really wanted. Shipping was of course 50x the price of the chandelier, however, with the wonderful aid of Ellie and grayhound, we not only packed up and purchased this chandelier, we drove her insane in the process and she was such a trooper. Thank you Ellie so much for all of your efforts, laughs and bubble wrap. Thank you so much. Take care The Vegas Ladies.

Loved this store! I bought two bookcases for a very reasonable price and they even knocked off $ 15 for buying both. The really awesome part was that the girl who worked there helped me load the bookcases in my car, which took about a half hour. When we finally decided that they both didn’t fit in my tiny car, the owners agreed to keep one of the bookcases for me for a week at no extra charge. The owners were professional, friendly, and helpful. I will have to remember to shop here when I am in Carytown.

Checked this place out today with my daughter, and I thought they had some cool stuff and the prices were moderate(a tad high for some stuff– a Fenton vase that has some chips in it for $ 25; very reasonable for others– the white leather lounge and ottoman for $ 800). The store is packed with jewelry, furniture, mirrors(lots of mirrors), and collections of all kinds(teacups, salt shakers, whatever you collect I’m sure they have it). They have a variety of styles as well(mid-century modern lounge, chinisoirie plant stands, country chic mirror, etc.) However, this place gets two stars from me because the vibe in the store was definitely not friendly. When I walked in I had my stroller with me. The girl at the counter didn’t say anything to me– she was busy talking to some guy. She kind of sneered at me and the stroller… I quickly realized as I navigated the store that it was not stroller friendly, so I took my kid out and carried her around the store. Neither the girl at the counter or the guy she was talking to asked me if I needed help– and I heard one lady ask her a question and get a very rude tone back, so I wasn’t about to venture up there to inquire about an item. As I walked around, I saw a glass item with a sign on it that said«You break it you bought it. Sorry.» I don’t see many nasty signs like that in Carytown… and it didn’t make me feel very welcome. Its fine to ask that customers who damage items pay for them, but there’s a nice way to phrase it… and then there’s the way that sign was written. I like stores like this one, and I thought they had a great assortment of merchandise, but I don’t think I’ll be a regular customer there unless they adjust the attitude with which they conduct business.
