Warranty obviously isn’t something they stand by. Their warranty states for 5 years if the interior or exterior of your home is damaged due to their work they will cover repairs for interior and exterior damage. We had a water leak through the roof and in our walls which flowed down to the floor then caused our laminate wood floors to bubble up around the edges. Ashley sent someone out to fix the roof because it was under warranty and they didn’t do it properly the first time but he does not want to repair the interior damages caused by the leak because a «drop of water» (mind you it rained the entire day last weekend effects of hurricane Patricia) won’t cause that much damage in his own words. I have small children in this home and if mold builds up in these walls then it’s my responsibility for a bad roof job? I am extremely disappointed and hope he understands how much stress this is causing my family. It’s not okay to have a warranty and not stand by it.

We just got our roof done and we couldn’t be more pleased. It really exceeded our expectations. Me, never having owned a home before, had no idea the impact it could have. We are proud each time we drive up.
Ashley (the owner) is very courteous and really took time to answer all my questions. And trust me folks, there were a lot of them! They were done in a fair time frame and that is always important. Ashley is quick to respond and is just really straight with you. That’s appreciated in today’s world. We like honesty.
We plan on hiring them to do some interior painting and fence work.
