Awesome staff… I came in 2 days after my initial reservation and was able to get in a car within 15 Mins… Same thing when bringing the car back… in & out with no hassle or hold up. I appreciate the professionalism. I’ll definitely use this enterprise again. My time is very limited and precious. Thank you guys.

Jordan is the best thing this place has going. The young man, clearly understood that we were having a family emergency and needed a rental car quickly to get to Bakersfield. The manager on the other hand needs professional cultural competency training. When we arrived he had clearly rented out his entire fleet of cars except two. One was still being cleanse while there was still one in the lot. When asked if we could take that one we were told it would be $ 20 more. We waiting in the lot until they finished the car. When they pulled the car up, it was still wet and overall a junker. Clearly had been in a small accident and overall not something any parent would want their child to ride a long distance in. I appreciate how fast JORDAN was working to get out out of there considering the fact that we had already waited one and half hour. Anyway the manager came out and acted as if it we were trying to get over by asking for another car. I showed him what looked like body fluids in the car and he said oh it must be lotion or something. I said well then have your wife and child drive in that. We will go ahead and pay for the upgrade since we have to go. He started given me some spill about how I am acting like his brother. I explained I don’t want to hear his personal story I came to rent a car. He then said «That the Dali Lama came to visit and said we Americans need to be more compassionate». At that point he pushed my button. First of all he is in America and speaking negatively about an American. Second of all I am therapist and I would with the homeless and developmentally delayed for very little money & he’s telling me about compassion. At that point I decided to allow my partner to talk to him because his unprofessionalism was out of hand. He then tried to get my man to side with him as though I did something wrong. I clearly explained we had a death in our family and I need to go. Anyway, If I go back to find that guy still working there Corporate is going to hear from me because his actions were out right marginalizing.

The people here were very helpful… But, the first car I got was a Hoopty! It was 2014 Chevy Impala, that drove like 94′! I then got switched out for a 2014 Chrysler… Smelled like cheap cologne and definitely needs to be retired. I wish the quality of their vehicles matched the customer service I got. Sadly the great team there are working with hoopties :(

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years primarily when visiting the Chicago area. I have always been impressed with the caliber of young men and women you recruit for employment. My most recent experience took my satisfaction to yet another level… EXTREME satisfaction! From the first phone call with Dominique Collins to my pick up with Darius Bright, and the follow up call with William Taylor– each step of the way was met with a smile, warm greeting, and extreme professionalism. I observed (while in the office) how they greeted, and managed each customer. Your company should be proud of this «Extreme Team.» Being retired from the corporate world, I made sure I got the first and last names of each team member so that I could extend a well deserved commendation for a job done by all.

I reserved a full size car and was given a Buick Verano. Hardly a full size vehicle. When i questioned this i got no response, and no offer to lower the rate. Based on conversations with another customer they had there it was apparently the last vehicle they had, so i didn’t bother contesting it. The car itself was dirty, i had to clean the windows myself at home. I didn’t have time to deal with it when picking the vehicle up or dropping it off as i was on lunch and had to just get in and out. I rarely complain about anything but this just bugged me.
Service itself was excellent and all the staff were very friendly, greeting me with handshakes and smiles on arrival. The transaction was fast and efficient.

The employees at this location are spectacular! They greet you with warm smiles, make sure you know that your presence is acknowledged & work super fast to get you in and out as smoothly as possible. I called and asked a bunch of questions before I reserved a vehicle, and usually when I ask people to repeat themselves they sound annoyed, but not these guys. They made sure I understood exactly what the charges and rates would be. The only downside was that the car I was lent smelled! Whoever washed & cleaned the car left the trunk carpets wet, so the car smelled like something had died in it! Before I took off with the car they sprayed air freshener to try to get rid of the stench, which only lasted about 10mins. I dealt with the smell for the next 5 days but when I returned the vehicle and let them know, they gave me a discount. Seriously, great customer service!

They did it again! Anthony totally took care of me again. Got my vehicle as promised and helped me with my budget! They are amazing ! I hope enterprise knows how lucky they are to have such great people working for them! Customere service is fantastic! I know because my husband owns a retail business and I would love to have employee’s with such great customere service skills! We do have good employee’s, but their hard to come by! If you need a rental car look no further give them a call! I guarantee Anthony or Nicole will take good care of you!!!

The car they gave me was faulty. It kept beeping every few seconds saying one of the rear doors was open when it was not. I ended up having to go back to have them swap out the car for me.
Then, when I returned the car after my trip, I was overcharged for gas. They make you empty promises when you first rent the car, like ‘we’ll give you a ¼ gas credit’ but do not follow through on that promise. I didn’t realize the overcharge until I was on the way back home and I called them about it. They just said ‘We’ll give that to you next time”.
Really poor customer service.

Seriously, these guys have the best customer service. I wish they opened an hour earlier on Saturdays thou. I love renting from them.

I recently had a family reunion in town which required quite a few rental cars needed. Enterprise was amazing and family and friends raved about the great service, attitude, and patience (which dealing with my family requires quite a bit). The common theme was that the customer service was exceptional and one common name was mentioned and that was Nicole.
So thank you Enterprise, the customer service team and also Nicole.

If you need a renter car enterprise hilltop should be your first choice. Anthony & Derek are great. My Lexus was sick I needed to pick up a car by 7:30 am so I could be at work by 8:30a.m. Enterprise opened at 7:30 a. m the morning of. Enterprise had me in and out within 15 min. Now that’s good customer service.

If they ever read this, they’re totally gonna remember me, haha…
Anthony was super accommodating the entire time I had the rental, even from the moment I first called in regarding my reservation. They gave me a car comparable to my own that was in the shop for repairs and he was great at communicating any issues that came up the entire time I had the car — which I really appreciate, no other rental company has done that. He made the process so easy, I’ll always come back to him if I ever need a rental, he was very professional and considerate. Thank you for your hospitality, Anthony! –your MAC «Specialist» (lol)
Harley picked me up (with another girl, don’t recall her name unfortunately!) and he was such a pleasure to talk to! The entire ride from Hercules to Hilltop, I was entertained and comfortable, I loved it. I’ve never had any rental company be nice enough to pick me up before, so that was greatly appreciated! Can’t all rental car companies do that?! Lol.
Jan was really sweet and she totally made the rental transition really easy and smooth!

I wandered in today looking distraught over dealing with a broken car and AAA, and Anthony, Jan and Ishaq were super nice and gave me a ride home. Ill never forget their kindness when I needed it most!

We were introduced to this office by our auto body repair shop when our car was in an accident. They provided us a car at the discounted shop rate and allowed us to keep it the entire time our car was in the shop.
A few months later, they have the best price on a minivan for a family trip. The van was amazing and the process, before thanksgiving, was great. My only complaint is if you leave something in a car, its ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ if you get it back (son left his prescription sunglasses in a cubby and didn’t get back, did get a garage door opener we left in another car).
I’m going on my third rental in six months because I get a good price and the branch manager goes above and beyond to help me — he’s discounted and price-​matched car rentals for me and I rarely have to wait.
Tip: when you pay by credit card, remember that they charge upfront the whole amount plus $ 200 deposit. You get the deposit back within 24 hours of returning the car. No major credit card (i.e., paying wirh a devit card) and you need insurance info, ID, 2^nd proof of identification in the form of a pay stub and a utility bill — they will still charge the card the amount plus $ 200. Learned this the hard way and the branch manager helped me again when I encountered this.

Until today I have always had a great experience with this location. I called, Jen answered and I asked if there were cars available today. She was very courteous in her initial response, saying that today wasn’t looking good. Her following comments and actions left a lot to be desired.
Training point #1: don’t try to sell me something I don’t want. Car today… not the same as car Monday.
Training point #2: don’t hang up on me when I tell you that I dont want what you are selling.
That was rude and unprofessional.
I’ll be back, the service is usually good. Don’t take my loyalty for granted. There are other car rental companies.

We had such a pleasant experience renting a car from this company. I made the reservation online a month or so ago. When we picked up the minivan, we were promptly greeted by Briana (?). She dealt with us with utmost professionalism. We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The minivan we rented was clean and fully loaded. When we returned the vehicle, we were greeted by a different person, but he was also just as professional. And we were in and out as well in no time at all.
I deducted a star because of an issue with the garage door opener we left in the van. When I called to ask if they had it, they said they already rented the van out and would not know until it was returned. I admit that it was our responsibility to make sure we didn’t leave anything in the vehicle, but they could be proactive as well by checking the vehicle before renting it out to others. I asked for a return call as to when the minivan would be returned but I never got a call back. Luckily, I was able to retrieve the garage door opener a few days later. Briana did not remember me, but when she asked when and what car we rented and I answered it was a minivan from last week, she remembered finding the garage door opener in the van. All’s well that ends well.
I will definitely use Enterprise again. Their service is excellent, their rates are competitive, and their vehicles are well maintained.

I’m pretty sure it is because this Enterprise is located in Richmond/​San Pablo, but I have never been asked so many questions ever when renting a car. I was asked what insurance company my credit card uses. I didn’t know and she had to write this down and I had to initial. After the fact, out of curiosity, I looked up the credit card details and the fine print doesn’t even mention this!
The walk around inspection and the initial set up at the counter takes longer than the average rental experience.
I’m a Zipcar user and frequent car renter; having a no hassle rental is pretty important to me. I’ll try some place else next time.
