My first visit, ordered 2 pair of glasses, wonderful help at the counter, they were super busy so got extra help from the lab to serve, fantastic price point, one pair could be made right away, the other needed to order a special lens, no problem. Wanted to give them 5 stars, they were so upbeat and nice. But then they had troubles, when the frame broke while they were making my glasses, they called to tell me, and said they had the same frame in a darker color, would that be OK, sure — got there and it was actually different with bling on the sides. When I rejected the new frame the counter help said well that’s why you need to see and approve the frame, which I wasn’t asked to do — and then grumbled to me that the store would have to eat the cost. Sigh. I guess it’s easy to be upbeat and daisy-fresh when I’m buying something, but the key to great customer service is how you handle issues. So they had to order in the frames, the rest went alright, some delay but I got what I ordered. Still maybe 3 stars because of the original service and price point. Then one pair, the lens fell out and the screw was cross-threaded so we couldn’t fix it ourselves, another trip back to the store. The other pair — one of the nose pieces broke off after about a month, another trip back to the store, so overall, it could have gone better.
