Ronnie that’s not an option now since Best Buy is closed. The store can be a little slow at times due to the volume of customers but the staff is really nice and informative, especially the one young lady who knows all the Final Fantasy and Metal Gear info. Cool place.

God this place SUCKS. Has to be THE WORST Gamestop in Richmond. Staff is rude, ghetto and slow. Same with their customers. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Best Buy across the street. They have better deals and promotions anyway. They also do trade in’s too.

Richmond, VA
The smallest and least stocked Gamestop in Richmond. This shop isn’t even half the size of the store near VCU but always has twice the customers. Service is slow, selection is limited, and parking is surprisingly worse than the one actually in the city. I only stop in here if I happen to be in the area and want to trade some things in.
