I used them based on a Groupon coupon I purchased and what a FIND! The Technician, Joey, came at the agreed upon time, did very neat work, was obviously really skilled at this craft and was very thorough. To complete the repair he needed a part that wasn’t stocked on his truck. The Owner, Kevin, came later that same day with the part, finished the repair and the door works perfectly and is practically noiseless. I thought their prices were very reasonable (work outside of the coupon) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I asked for their card so I could recommend to a friend who has a lot of rental properties etc. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and would highly recommend them for any of your Garage Door repairs needed.

I called Garage Door Geeks at 8pm on a Wednesday night and they fit me into their schedule, replacing a torsion spring at 8am the next morning. Price was fair and exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I would definitely use them in the future.

Don’t look any farther for anyone to handle your needs related to a garage door !!! I’ve used this awesome company 2 times in the last 6 months to repair my garage door and all I can say is if they ever get into another business I’ll use them for that also because customer service is the real business they are in !!! They answer the phone, they always come out the same day you call, they fix it RIGHT the 1st time with parts from their well stocked trucks, and both times I’ve used them after they repaired what was broken they went the extra mile to give my door and opener a quick once over make it quieter and smoother just because that’s what a quality company and quality people do for their customers !!! A+++, 10 out of 10, 5 star … Whatever rating system you use these guys will be at the top !!! Thanks for that Garage Door Geeks !!! Use them you won’t be disappointed!!!
