I have been coming to Get Fit since September. They are so helpful and so welcoming! They truly made it feel like a home. There is no pressure, I am completely comfortable. Everyone is working out for a purpose and the staff is so sincere in their efforts to help us reach our goals. I work out with Kaleigh Hammitt. She has been my trainer from the beginning. She helps me every step of the way, answers any and all of my stupid questions, and doesn’t judge me when I mess up or cheat. Her methods of training are beneficial for anyone in any walk of life. She truly tailors every workout to me and how I am performing. Kaleigh also teaches group fitness classes such as Zumba and kettle bell ampd. She teaches these classes often with Lisa Maynard. The two of them together are phenomenal. They break down every move and make sure that you have to proper form. They have plenty of alternate moves for people to do if they have injuries or if they are elderly, but don’t get me wrong, it is still going to make you sweat! Any other workout classes I have taken at other gyms, I find myself staring at the clock, counting down the seconds until the workout is finished. Not here. I love every minute of it. If you are new, ask for Jacob! He will walk you around, show you the equipment, and find the perfect membership or trainer for you!!!

Equipment: deterioration stage Staff: poorly trained in regards to education, experience and goal accomplishment. Sales people: will want you to sign up for personnel training, then trainers want to take 4 – 6 months before they are ready to train you so they can keep getting paid. If arobic sessions are in work, music penitrates walls to point of irritation. Trainers: if formally trained; degree in business, art, finance. Limited knowledge of body, physical therapy, health Science… etc. Point: don’t waste your time or money joining this gym.
