I really want others to know I had a wonderful experience at this GoWireless location. Specifically Latwuan Rhodes gave me outstanding service and really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and answer all my questions. I will recommend all my friends visit him and his team to get help with all there wireless needs.

I couldn’t believe how horrible this place was. I thought it must be a joke. So I get to the place at 4:45pm. I think I’m going in to get an upgrade for my phone. I then notice a very unprofessional looking sign on the door. «At lunch, will reopen at 5». I have several problems with this. First off, where is the coverage of the store? You can’t just close down an entire store because you want to take a break. I’ve been there, and you don’t leave your duty as an employee like that. I had to wait 15 minutes because of this poor decision. Second: it was 5pm… The store closed at 6 that day. Why even take a break that late? If its only open one more hour, just wait it out. This wasn’t even the worst problem I had with this location. I was just going to grin and let it go. I mean, he’s hungry, I understand that. He’s still probably a good guy. Then I go in and quickly learn that was wrong to assume. He looks at me like a deer in the headlights; I’m about to ruin his evening by walking in there to give my money. I initiate the conversation, letting him know I want to upgrade. He coldly responds, «what phone do you want?». Well, that’s kind of why I went to the store… To look at phones… Anyways, it just so happens I did have one in mind. I try to pull it up on my current phone, and while I do this, he starts asking me for questions about my account number etc so he can pull up our information. I didn’t have it, so I told him I’d try to find out. At this point, I’m disgusted by the experience, so I am just pretending to look it up. I then tell him I can’t find it so I can leave. I told him I would take care of it another day. He doesn’t say a word as I walk out the store. He let’s a paying Verizon customer just walk out the store without so much of a have a nice day. I then proceeded to Best Buy. Now I have a new phone.

Great employees! Always friendly snd knowledgeable. Verizon service is the best. Have the S4 from Samsung. Their insurance plan for phones is really easy to use. Definitely recommend you go there next time you need a new phone or to upgrade your phone.
