Well, they sure know how to make a burger. They rank up there with higher priced, sit down restaurants when it comes to burger making. The curly fries are dandy, too. I had the chicken fingers today. They’re… Different. Tasty, but different. The people are always super nice, especially the drive thru folks. There’s a guy that goes by the name of Larry or Gary or something similar. He is always friendly and polite. I’d just about guess that he loves his job. Yeah, he’s that nice. We don’t go here often, mostly because we don’t do fast food too much, but when we’ve got the hankerin’ for a burger that tastes like it is straight off the fire… Then Hardee’s it is!

Fast, hot, yummy! I would have given 5 stars but one of the chicken strips tasted as though there was a beak in it. ;)

Biscuit ‘n’ Gravy in the morning. Yum. It’s funny that I don’t like bread and I’m allergic to dairy products, but I enjoy biscuits and sausage gravy. I enjoy it even more because Hardee’s has it for $ 1.99 when others such as Bob Evans will charge nearly $ 8.00, though portions vary. If I’m going to eat biscuits, I want them from Popeyes or Hardee’s. When I’m on the road, I usually stop at Hardee’s for breakfast when it’s available. I enjoy any meal there, but it’s cholesterol city. They serve too much sodium, too much fat, and too much taste but I go out to eat for the taste, don’t you? Hardee’s is a place where I would not be able to go every week, but I love the food. I usually order one of three things: Biscuit ‘n’ Gravy(in the morning), Mushroom-Swiss burger, or Hot Ham and Cheese. Service has been good the last two times I’ve been to this location inside Love’s. I could not say that for the longest time, but Love’s have changed their ways. One thing bothers me and that would be why Hardee’s won’t make their Mushroom-Swiss and other burgers available in quarter-pound size. I’m one of the few people in this country who want less food, though I still want lots of good taste. Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. insists on huge third-pound burgers. In any case, I still feel like I’m warmed up from the Biscuit ‘n’ Gravy. For $ 1.99, it was just enough but it’s so inexpensive, you might think that you need another one.
