From assessment to the last box delivered, this is the best I have experienced in all of my 16 moves! The packing crew was excellent, very courteous and hard working. They packed things «tight» and not a thing was broken nor scratched. The movers came on time and worked nonstop until the truck was loaded. No scratches nor dings in any wall or floor as they moved our things. When they arrived to our new home in NJ, it was the same team that loaded and they were just as efficient and careful as they were in Richmond. I cannot speak highly enough about this move and how Hilldrup’s employees made sure we were all taken care of!

I had a great experience with Hilldrup when I moved from Richmond to Memphis. Hilldrup handled my assessment, as well as packing my things on moving day. The person who did the assessment was really helpful, and did a great job of explaining how the move would work. This was my first one, and it went off without a hitch! The guys who came to pack took great care of my things, even the cheap stuff that people don’t normally worry with. I would recommend Hilldrup, and United Van Lines to anyone who asks!

I had heard good things about Hildrup on TV. What a mistake. This was by far the most disorganized, unprofessional moving company I have ever used and I have moved many times. I can only warn you with this company negotiate your delivery times, follow up with everything they tell you and be ready for a lot of lip service with no real action behind it.
