******INRESPONSETOTHEOWNER****** Never once did I say that I was under any contract with you guys. We were and still are very appreciative that you came out to do a free quote and to give us recommendations. The reason you did that is because we were in talks with signing the contract for the weekly pool services so don’t try to make it seem as if it was something more than what it was because it wasn’t. The issue I have is that we never heard back from you guys as promised and then when my wife actually called back three days you dropped the bomb that you guys don’t have the time dedicated to getting our pool in shape BUT you still wanted to sell us a liner! Seriously? In all honesty, just from looking out the state of our pool you knew it wasn’t going to be an overnight miracle and we were fine with that. We were on board with the advice you gave as well as the weekly contracted services, repairing/replacing the liner and other things to get our pool acceptable for safe swimming! This is our first time ever owning a pool and we were more than happy with paying for the contracted services until we became somewhat proficient with pool maintenance and upkeep. I’m not even going to argue over social media because at the end of the day it solves nothing.

I contacted Jon when I decided to add a pool to our property. He was fantastic and responsive from the word Hello! He made recommendations for size, design etc and I am very pleased. We are going into our second season with the pool and the team has been willing to help us through our first«opening». I could not be any more impressed with their service, quality and just overall good to do business with. Thanks Jon for making a dream come true for us and have our own pool in the yard. I am quite sure the previous reviewer has accidentally sighted the WRONG pool company. We have been with John Bullock of Integrity Pools for three years now — although we maintain our own pool during the season, John opens it and closes it for us and has done some serious installation for us over the years. The first year of ownership(of an existing pool) John was responsible for fitting and ordering our safety cover for us, and responsible for supervising the installation of a heat pump system, installation of a new sand filter and chlorinator, new electrical box, the pouring of a concrete pad to support all the new equipment and recommending and overseeing the electrician who did all the work. We could not have been happier. He and his crew acted in a very professional manner as they always do and left the worksite cleaner than it was when they arrived! The following fall, we had him come back and dig a trench for our backwash hose so that we didn’t have to walk that back and forth all the time — again — a very professional job was accomplished. If I have EVER had a problem or a question, a phone call was all it took. His answer is always very courteous even if he is very busy and is always most prompt. I have recommended him to countless folks in the past 3 years and will continue to do so — as I will also continue to use him. Don’t do it. In the beginning the responsiveness was good, after the contract was signed, not so much. Initially we had issues with opening of the pool. It took far longer than normally(not swimmable i.e. cloudy to greenish) for more than a month. Once corrected, several weeks in, they just didn’t show up one week and argued that they did(someone here all day and the pool was algae green to excess). We asked for an invoice to be left every week after that, and we were moved to another day of the week. After they actually started showing up every week, there is actually documentation that they come every week, our chlorine levels are off the charts high. The young people they hire have no idea what they are doing… but they do spend time sitting on my pool furniture when they are here. On a side note: Play-Mor pools struggles with their billing, but at least the service is good. Switching back, or finding another provider next year.
