We have JL do a few jobs on our home. The first job was replacement and painting of some boards of Masonite siding(hardboard) that had failed due to moisture. It’s a common repair in our area. The estimator was a bit quirky and slow to respond to follow-ups after the sales visit, and then they outsourced the work because they had a busy schedule. That guy did a good job, but it felt like we were paying for them to be a middle man. The next job that we had them do was the same kind of work a few years later. This time, they sent one of their own guys and he did a very good job at a very reasonable price. That was a good experience. Then, we had them out to do an estimate on an outdoor ceiling repair– putting beadboard over a drywall ceiling that was separating at the seams. It’s a two man job, probably less than a day. They wanted 800 bucks, which I think is very high, so we are going to do it ourselves. The general review: It’s hit or miss depending on your salesperson and the workers they send to your house.

Amazing work! We had our entire house re-sided and all new windows. Jacob’s ladder offered great service and an affordable price. Would highly recommend then to anyone who needs home repair
