Ellen, the owner, saved my wedding. And for that, I will be eternally grateful. When shopping for my wedding, I got the MOH dress(for my new step-daughter), my veil and a few other things at Jingles. I got my dress at another store. Silly me. When it was two weeks before my wedding and my dress was STILL not here(and the other store was no help whatsoever), I asked Ellen what she had on the rack for someone of my size(I do not wear a sample size 6). She was so sympathetic to my plight that she said if I did not find something on the rack, she would be willing to call her manufacturing reps to see what they could do to help me get a dress in time for my wedding. The good news was that she had a gorgeous modern dress in my size on the rack(a dress that I actually liked better than my original one and half price too!). She called her seamstress to make an emergency appointment for the alterations. I looked and felt beautiful in my perfect wedding dress. Even though this was several years ago, the service I received at Jingles was worth telling my story. What happened to my original dress? Unforunate experience. Had an appointment in the middle of a weekday. Had to wait for them to clean the dressing room. Was expected to put on my own dresses. When I asked the sales lady to help me put them on, she was no where to be found. She would leave the dressing room door open while we changed. Not as much selection as the other salons in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff especially Kaitlyn was AMAZING! She listened to exactly what I wanted, helped me with ANYTHING I needed, and was right there to assist the second I needed her. I didn’t feel rushed, and felt that they went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. The dressing room and viewing areas were very big and offered plenty of space to change, and for your party to be seated. When it came to deciding time — I was torn between two dresses. They simply said that I could go home and sleep on it and contact them once I decided. No pressure, and very understanding. I ended up going with a beautiful dress from James Clifford and I am so happy that I purchased it from Jingles. They made a special day even more special and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Jingles was the first stop on my wedding dress hunt, and to be honest I didn’t go in expecting to find THE dress. But, of course, I was open to it and would have celebrated had that been the case! I was really looking to narrow down my idea of what I wanted and experience what it’s like to try on a wedding gown. Did I mention this was my first stop? Yea, my style thoughts were scattered all over the board… The staff was great on the phone and making an appointment was easy. When I arrived, I was a little surprised by the size of the salon — I think I was expecting something a little bigger. My MOH accompanied me for moral support and we scoured the racks together. The styles weren’t exactly me, and even though I came armed with photos, they only carried two that were similar to my images. I’m not exactly traditional, so I understand that not every bridal salon will offer the fashion-forward looks I crave. I think Jingles would totally appeal to a classic bride, as they certainly carried some beautiful gowns. The consultant who worked with me was sweet, although very young. She seemed a bit intimidated(and I have never thought myself an intimidating person!) and didn’t really guide the appointment at all. Since I had never been around wedding dresses at all, I would have liked a little more help with suggestions and flushing out my ideas. This is also the only bridal salon I visited where the consultant didn’t come into the dressing room with me. She did offer, but I declined. Depending on your shopping style, this could be a good or a bad thing. I actually quite liked that I was able to go in alone since I wasn’t comfortable with the whole stripping down in front of a stranger yet.(I only say yet because after multiple wedding dress search trips, you suck it up and it basically becomes the norm). For this being my first trip, and not being totally at ease with the consultant, I’m glad I was able to try on the dresses solo. As one of the few independent bridal salons in town, Jingles was worth a look for me. I think I was just looking for more gown variety, and maybe a more seasoned consultant. But certainly give it a go if you’re looking locally and have an idea of what you want.

Quickly greeted, very friendly. Great consultant. The store itself though is pretty dated, and the samples were not in great shape. Not bagged either. And this is a very minor thing, but the podiums were unusually high. Made it hard to get on and off in certain dresses. Unfortunately for Jingles I had started my day at another shop, and the very first dress was a stunner that I couldn’t top. Two of my friends got their dresses here though, so to each their own, I’m sure this place has the perfect dress for some girls, just wasn’t me this time.

Absolutely Unprofessional! I went in there with my daughter for a flower girl dress and they were super snotty and elitist! I guess if u drive up in a black 911 they consider u a serf! I’m writing this in the Starbucks next door as I listen to 2 other women behind me comment on the«unfriendly» staff at Jingles! In Chicago or D.C. this place would be out of business!

I was hesitant about going in any bridal store, especially Jingles. I was certain that they would be a bit snobby and being I wasn’t your standard size 2 I was expecting the whole shopping for wedding gowns to mirror the experience of shopping for bathing suits x10. Was I wrong, I had such an incredible experience, I Ann was wonderful, I was able to shimmy into most of the dresses and the atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. Jingles exceeded my expectations and I found my wedding dress that very visit. They went over and beyond to make sure I could have it in time for my big day, now to patiently wait. I have no doubt that when my gown arrives Jingles will continue to go over and beyond with alterations and the preparations required to make my dress perfect for my special day. And for the record after Jingles I did have another appointment at the other reputable bridal salon in town and knew when I walked in the door that the experience wasn’t going to go well. I did stay for the appointment along with my mother and my two sisters, and we all agreed that had we were lucky to have started at Jingles first. This place asked about budget first things, and kept pulling gowns that I clearly said I didn’t want, and kept trying to haggle. Jingles never once asked what I wanted to spend, listen to what I wanted and liked… such a difference!

I can honestly say when i walked into Jingles I got a bad vibe and did not like it… BUT Once I started trying on dresses and getting to know Kristi I had a wonderful time. I bought my dress there. It is perfect and they fixed everything as they said they would. She was amazing! I would recommend this place to brides for sure! Although I did not get my alterations there because I live out of town they did fix the missing buttons and so forth as they promised! THANKYOU!

HORRIBLE! Stay away. This place is a nightmare. They screwed up my dress size, the new one wasn’t scheduled to come in until 2 weeks before the wedding, and they were all around awful about accepting responsibility for any of it or being accomodating. They have horrible customer service and the mentality is that this is a one shot deal, one time customer who will never be back so why bother having great customer service? Either way they have your money. STAYAWAY!!!
