This is the first time I’ve actually felt compelled to make a Unilocal account and say something about a business. I went here to visit a couple of weeks ago while looking for a short term day care for my daughter, since it’s currently the peak season at my job. I can honestly say that during my tour here it was an awkward experience from beginning to start. Not only did it seem like I was bothering them and wasting their time, they didn’t even take the time to greet my daughter. I had the incredible displeasure of meeting the owner who had the personality of a used car salesman, and the entire building just reeked of some distinct odor, and it wasn’t kid related. I was taken to look at the toddler area(3-ish year olds) and the two teachers there seemed pleasant and competent, but that was the extent of my positive experience. At the end they basically assumed I was enrolling my daughter and I couldn’t help but chuckle and leave. Take your kids elsewhere, this place needs some major adjustment.

The staff is amazing. They are professional and caring. My daughter, 22 months old, gets excited about going to «school» in the mornings because it’s such a welcoming and fun environment. The facility is always clean. Being able to see both my girls through out the day via the Internet on my phone is very comforting. My family recently moved and even though there is a Kids-R-Kids 5 minutes from our new home we still take our children to this specific Kids-R-Kids, 15 minutes away, because we like them so much. I would highly recommend Kids-R-Kids Bella Terra.

This place is trash. Their workers could not care less about the safety of the children. One teacher in particular named Tiffany could be heard dropping F bombs in the room simply because she could not find her phone, which should have been put away anyways. The management there is also terrible and isn’t qualified to care for children. Their ratios are all out of whack and they seriously expect one adult to be able to keep track of over 30 kids on a large playground in the waning light. The owner, Mike, comes across as a caring gentleman, but once you see past the fog of lies you will see what a cold hearted individual he is, and that he only cares about money. The food that is provided for the after school group is appalling. Stale crackers and watered down juice in tiny cups is supposed to sustain a 5th grader for four hours? I don’t think so. Speaking of the after school program, it’s a mess. Too many kids clustered in to a room that is designed to hold significantly less is what parents walk in to see every day. One last note is that there was a piece of play equipment that was broken and revealed a sharp edge that could seriously injure a child. What did management do about it? They did nothing and simply expected children to stay off the main piece of play equipment. In conclusion if I could score this place 0 stars I would.
