Seem to have less products available compared to the Lexington store. I mean, overall, it’s a pretty average Khol’s.
However, the last time I was in there, it seemed like the employees were stalking me. I’m no thief. I had went over to the purses to look at some brand name purses that were on sale at the Lexington location (just wanting to see if they had some of the same in stock) and the employee announced to her co worker that she was going to be hanging out in the purse section. She followed me all around the bags and eventually to the makeup/​perfumes where she watched me smell various bottles. It was very off putting; I’ll be sticking to the Lexington store from now on.
I get that the Richmond Khol’s has a very high theft rate. But the whole thing was not subtle at all, especially her announcing it to her co worker.

Pretty standard Kohl’s. There selection is the same as every other Kohl’s I’ve been to. The reason this location gets 5 stars is cleanliness and friendliness. The store is always clean and organized, and the employees always greet with a smile.
