If they weren’t partnered with Amazon there’s no way they’d still be in business. They’re the reason I don’t bother with Amazon Prime because it’s impossible for them to deliver on time.
Their tracking is completely unreliable. Whether they deliver or not they mark everything as «delivered» and package will randomly show up in the next couple days.
I’m dealing with this right now. I ordered new speakers for my truck with same day shipping and waited all day Saturday for them not to show up. I’ve called Amazon 4 times between last night and today because they swore up and down they’d be here by noon at the latest. Now Amazon is offering me «free shipping» and a refund to redo the order yet is telling me they can’t get the items here today.
I’ve never had a shipping issue at this address from UPS, FedEx, or even the USPS but every single time I get something through Lasership it’s never on time if it gets delivered at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I received a text update that my package was delivered and when I went downstairs to get it, it wasn’t there. I called customer support and the woman I spoke to repeatedly insulted me on the part of town I live in, asking over and over, «isn’t that a part of town where you wouldn’t want packages left on the front step?» And «isn’t that a bad part of town? Aren’t you scared?», basically accusing me of living somewhere where the package was likely stolen from. First of all, the part of the city I live in is safe and in the 4 years I’ve lived in my house I have never had a problem with packages left at my front door by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. I do most of my shopping online and receive lots of packages. Second of all, it’s not her business nor is it professional. I did not get a choice on which shipping service was being used or whether or not I approved of the package being left at the door without a signature.
Still on the phone, the rep then continued to argue with me on where my address is located, since my street runs through town and changes from East to West. She didn’t even know where I lived so why was she insulting my neighborhood? She obviously had no idea what she was taking about.
I have never been so insulted by a customer service rep nor have experienced someone so incredibly ignorant and unprofessional at any company ever. I was told I would receive a follow up in 24 hours, it’s been 48 and I am still waiting for a call back, and for my package. Absolutely the WORST EVER.

I seem to be having the same problem everyone else is where the package is being shown as delivered but I have received no package. I called customer support and they said they were opening an investigation and the driver would come back to try and locate the package but I highly doubt that will work considering I scoured my entire yard. Do not use this company!

Ordered items online. Two items, a sweater and a bag. They used «Laser Ship,» and as I was tracking my package, it showed «delivered, front door signed.» We never received it, never signed for it, and were confused. So we called Laser Ship, and Laser ship said the carrier put the package back in the truck. The next day, it said delivered again, but of-​course it wasn’t. So, I called Laser Ship, they said they lost the package. Called Urban Outfiters, spoke to the same lady I spoke with yesterday when I called, and she said they will send the items again. I must of asked about 3 times, if they would please use a different shipping company rather than Laser Ship, and she said yes of-​course. Come-​today, I see that they used Laser Ship yet again. Look at the reviews of Laser Ship, they are horrible. They are stealing our stuff guys, and Urban Outfitters is not doing anything about it.

Omg!!! Ordered from Amazon on Thursday evening. With 2 day shipping received my package on a Sunday at 3p (expected delivery by 8p). Love the fact that they ship on Sunday!!!

I would give this courier 0 stars if I could. Never use them! Have been waiting 3 days for a package which my tracker says is already here. One of the employees I spoke with was so rude I don’t know how she has this job. From now on I will have my deliveries from UPS which I was told from Urban Outfitters I could do if I call over the phone. I ordered from my computer, therefore I did not know this.

Unbelievable company. Urban Outfitters uses them if you live in the central Connecticut area and they lost my package. This is after they stated their «driver» left at my front door of my apartment. Was not there. Called the company, was put on hold for 25 minutes, then another 10 minutes without warning. They filed a claim for an investigation after the service rep recited the wrong address even though the correct one was on my order confirmation. My guess? They hire underpaid, unqualified, sketchy people who can’t read an address or follow a simple GPS. 27 hours later, their «investigation» found that the package was not found. How is this possible? Did the driver hit the road with a pile of packages in their trunk?! First time using them and they lose a package — something that hasn’t happened once and I tend to buy online frequently. Go read the stories on this company. They should be shut down, their management are probably clueless.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst shipping/​delivery service I’ve ever dealt with and for some reason, companies keep using them. Out of the plethora of packages they’ve been scheduled to deliver to my house, I’ve received only one, in the last two years. They’ve cost me so much money and hassle and I’ve never once seen their people at my doorstep, despite them always marking the package as «delivered». This company needs to be put out of business. I’ve had to request a different shipping company on every package I order now just to be safe.

First experience with LaserShip was today. Needless to say, they are the worst shipping service I’ve encountered. My package was reported as delivered at 12:52PM, and at 1:30 I walked downstairs to grab it. Guess what? It wasn’t there. And after talking to their customer service rep, she informed me that it was commonplace for packages to go ‘missing’ or be ‘stolen’ after they’d been delivered. Only I’ve never had that happen to me in my 2 years of living at my address, nor did I see or hear anyone enter my building.
Worst ever. But they’re probably the cheapest, so expect your vendors to keep contracting their shipments out to them.

I ordered something from a vendor that I have used before, in the last year or so. I have lived at my current address for the last 15 years. So this vendor has successfully delivered things to me in the past. This time, the vendor chase Lasership to ship the goods to me. I placed my order on Sunday with 2-​day shipping. I understand it takes one day for order processing. So my package was shipped on Monday and I was supposed to receive it on Wednesday. I live in a condo with an indoor hallway so it is safe to leave boxes in front of my door for the day. While I was at work I expected Lasership to leave the package at my front door, but they decided, on their own, that they could not do that. So when I came home, saw the package was not there, and checked the tracking status, it said «business closed.» That is strange because I use my home address which is a residential address. So on Thursday I told the vendor to tell Lasership to leave the package at the front door. I don’t know what happened with Lasership on Thursday, but whatever it was, they were completely AWOL. There was nothing in the tracking information. So on Friday afternoon I happened to be at home, and I called Lasership several times. The first time I called, they said the package would be delivered within the hour. A half hour later I still had no package but the tracking info said «delivered.» I don’t know who they delivered it to, but it was not to me. The second time I called they said the driver had an accident and then drove back to the local Lasership office. I don’t understand why if he could drive the truck back to the Lasership office after the accident, why he could not deliver the package. The third time I called they said he left the package at «the leasing office.»
In other words, I called Lasershp three times, and each time they gave me a different story.
So did the driver have an accident and drive the truck back to his workplace, or did he deliver the package somewhere? Both of those things cannot be true at the same time.
Finally, I live in a condominium, not an apartment, so there is no «leasing office.»
The bottom line is, I have no idea what happened to the package. I called the vendor and told them Lasership lost it, and they sent me a replacement order.

They’re pretty bad. But call this Richmond number to get in touch with them quickly without having to wait forever on the answering machine. 804−254−1791: Their address is actually —2227 dabney road

LaserShip is the worst!!! If I could rate this courier a «0» I would. The last four orders from Amazon were delivered by LaserShip. One delivery of a small package was left at my garage door, which is not visible from my front door or any windows in my house, but it was very visible from the street (easy for theft). The other three deliveries were thrown on my brick front stoop, one hitting the storm door. I heard them hit from inside my house. I have a whopping three steps outside my front door, so instead of walking up any of them and placing the package on the side that the door opens from, they throw the package on the opposite side so I have to actually go outside and close the door to get the package. I am disabled! Today’s package was thrown and open! I have called Amazon to complain about the delivery service, but doubt that will do any good.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never received package, they never answered my calls, never returned my voicemail.

My experience with LaserShip recently was nothing short of wanting to pull my hair out in frustration. Luckily, they (finally) responded after I started raising hell with their customer service department.
I placed an order with Amazon on 12÷3÷14, and LaserShip received it the next day. They proceeded to try and deliver it to my business three days in a row. The first two days, they tried to deliver it at 7:30, and 9pm, respectively. The third day was a Saturday, and they tried to deliver it after 4pm. Each time, it was marked as «Business was closed» so it couldn’t be delivered. Well, duh.
On 12÷8÷14, the status officially went «On-​hold». I watched it for a few days to see if they would try and deliver it again, but nothing changed. At this point, they had not attempted to contact me at all, either by phone or email. On Friday, 12÷12÷14, I called them and inquired why it hadn’t been delivered. The woman I spoke to was very polite, and after placing me on hold for a few minutes, came back to say it would be delivered by close-​of-​business that day. Pleased that it was going to come before the weekend (and the first of several house guests I had coming) I hung up. Welp, by 5pm it hadn’t showed up, and I couldn’t stick around to wait for it.
Good thing I didn’t either, because they never attempted to deliver it. So on Monday, 12÷15÷14, I called their customer service department again, asking why it hadn’t shown up and when could I expect the package. Again, the person I spoke to was very polite, but after placing me on hold for 5 minutes, she came back to ask if I could come get it. Absolutely not — not only could I not leave my work, but considering this is THEIR BUSINESS, I told her I wanted it delivered. She placed me on hold again, this time coming back to say I would have it the following day. When I pressed for a guarantee by 5pm, I was told she couldn’t guarantee that delivery time.
At this point, I was starting to get pretty upset, and I said very strongly I wanted a guarantee, and to please let me talk with someone who could do so. I said in no uncertain terms would I stick around after my business closed to wait for a package that had simply been sitting in their warehouse for a week because they were too lazy to contact me or try and deliver again. Was placed on hold for a third time, and when she came back to the phone, she said her supervisor promised I would have it by 5pm on Tuesday — that they had «fast tracked» my package and it would be on its way.
Low and behold, within an hour of getting off the phone, I missed a call from someone at the warehouse, trying to confirm my shipping address and promising I would have it by 4pm. Within 30 minutes of that call, the package was delivered (in good condition).
I will be reporting my experience to Amazon, and request that they never use this shipping company again for any of my orders. I don’t expect my input to be enough, but hopefully everyone who has had a similar problem will report it and Amazon will take notice. There are so many shipping companies that even from a cost standpoint, I don’t understand why Amazon uses this company when they have gotten NOTHING but bad reviews.

My hatred of lasership has been going on for years. My original hatred began in Fairfax, VA and we moved to Richmond and Lasership seemed to be better down here (no lost packages, nothing damaged and delivered on time), but today that all changed. My package was on time, but it was literally thrown on my porch with no regard for its contents what so ever. Worst shipping company ever.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. They were three days late with a shipment when I called to check in on it via the tracking number. I asked what is going on with my shipment and the women so calmly said with no apology, «yeah, there were a bunch of deliveries left in the warehouse this week. We’ll get Em out to you tomorrow.» Awful!!!
