I had a wonderful experience here. I was pretty disgruntled walking in because, let’s be honest, I didn’t want to get my new old lady prescription glasses. Bifocals. Despite being super busy, I was greeted and checked on several times. A nice man and a woman both helped me tremendously. I was overwhelmed and they made it painless and I love my new glasses. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service.

Frankie helped me twice with glasses that had been broken, first time, and lost, second time. She was really helpful both in the store and over the phone, Had great suggestions and the second pair didn’t even require my coming to the store until the prescription was ready. She ordered frames from a nearby store in order that I didn’t have to wait so long for replacement, since the frames weren’t available at the Willow Lawn location. In and out in a flash.

This is a review of the Optometrist office not the Lenscrafters store. The doctor seemed rushed and too eager to agree with everything I said, resulting in a poor exam and the wrong prescription.

If I could give negative stars I would! The doctor I saw(female) was just bad. I felt like she had no clue what she was doing and like she was rushing through the exam. Every time she asked me to read the eye chart it was blurry and she kept saying I have 20⁄20 vision with the new prescription. Then 2 pairs of contacts she gave me to try got stuck in my eyes. It took me 30 minutes to get them out. I asked if the contacts were the correct shape for my eyes(I have astigmatism) and she blew that off and said I was in some standard range and sounded pretty annoyed that I asked. Not to mention they charge $ 200 for an exam. That took all of 10 minutes and I’m pretty sure that when I get those new lenses I won’t be able to see any better. Go somewhere else!!! I wish I would have

I’ve been going here for a few years, and really like the eye doctors. However, I’ve had a different experience than the other reviewers when it comes to customer service at the front desk. One woman has been somewhat rude: she doesn’t greet people when they come in or approach the desk, doesn’t say please or thank you, and doesn’t explain things clearly. Recently when I came in I had a few questions and she gave very short, unhelpful answers, then turned away to do something else, seeming surprised when she discovered I was still standing there because I still needed assistance. The other woman just seems a little out of it, like she isn’t comfortable with the computer system or something, but not rude. Like I said, the doctors are great, and they are pretty efficient. Just be aware that the front desk staff aren’t *always* friendly.

Had a great experience here yesterday. I had lost my glasses and needed a new pair in a pinch. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and was helped by multiple staff members despite the fact that there were half a dozen other customers in the store and they were short staffed. I got two pairs of glasses and they were both ready in less than an hour. The staff was so friendly I am sad I won’t have to go back more often!
