I have used Livewire for both the security and home automation products in my new home over the last year. Their consultative approach really helped me find the right soulutions for my family without any pressure or worry about being oversold. I did have the chance to also«test» their customer service… Batteries die, who knew! A special replacement battery was overnighted and I was back in business with a follow up call the next day! Now I just need to find some more gadgets to have them put in the house. Livewire will continue to be my goto for all things techie!

Extremely disappointed. The builder used them to install the wiring. Upon moving in my home– Live Wire comes to sell add –on’s and refuses to explain and repair the wiring that is under warranty. The owner is disrespectful and unprofessional. The owner refused to stand behind his work and continuously tried to sell me additional items — all items that I can install myself if they had done the wiring correctly. I asked the owner again to send a technician and he said«technicians are like a screw driver they only do what they are told». Extremely disappointing.

Livewire Installed cable wiring throughout the house and Sonos. We could have chosen a less expensive option but I wanted somebody to go back to if I had issues. The installation was good but I had to drywall all the holes that were made to fish wire after paying a high cost. No customer service resolution after the fact on a Sonos issue, so I went directly to Sonos customer service to work through the issue. It turns out Sonos is easy to install yourself and has very accessible customer service.
