Main Event Partybuses

Celebrated a joint 30^th birthday party on the 20-​passenger party bus. The whole group had a blast driving around Richmond and stopping at some of the local breweries during our 4-​hour rental. Our driver, Ivan, rolled out the red carpet each time we entered and exited the party bus making us feel like celebrities! The «special effects» inside the party bus were top notch with a bar, ice chest, speaker system, lights, and stripper poles!

We will never waste our time with this company again. Initially we were going to get a smaller party bus but Sarah upsold us to a 50 passenger bus that she said was going to be on the travel channel and that she thought we would have no problem getting enough people to attend our event. November 28^th we contracted with her in hopes she was right. We contracted for a 50 passenger party bus. We presold tickets and we were able to accommodate the extra large size party bus. In January we contacted Sarah and she said everything was good and she would have pics of the bus soon. Our bus trip was for February 21^st. The1st week of February I had a funny feeling and asked my wife to call to ask about the pictures again. It was then when Sarah informed us that the 45 passenger bus was not going to be ready due to her employee having an operation and that she would try to find us another bus. She found another bus but it was only a 35 passenger party bus that cost $ 400 more than our contract with her. She said that all she would do is pay half of the difference (200) but we had to pay the rest. She stated that since it was an inconvenience that she would give us the 45 passenger party bus for free at a future date or a 20 passenger for free in addition to the 35 passenger bus from her competition for our current event. I explained to her that we had ordered a party bus for everyone to be in on the same party and tour and that an additional bus would cost us additional catering and costs that we could not recoup from. I told her I would think about it and call her back. When I called her back I told her we were going to go with the 35 passenger bus and we would take the 45 passenger bus at a later date for free but I would be happy to pay for her driver as this way we could recoup our loss and keep everyone on 1 bus. She then stated that she would not provide the larger bus in the future. I told her that we were only accepting what she had offered and we were willing to pay for her driver. She claimed her partners would not allow it. We had to refund every person going over 35 people and pay $ 200 more than what she contracted us for. She breached her contract on a 50 PASSENGER BUS with us. If we had not called, I wonder when we were going to find out that the 50 person bus turned into a 45 person bus. She claimed she knew about everything 2 days before we called. She cost us money out of our pocket by her breech of contract. We could not go back to our guests and ask them for more money as they had all paid for their ticket. Sarah set us up for failure and added insult to injury by not taking responsibility for her failures. Hopefully people that read this will not fall in to her optimism as to us, she is not responsible enough to be trusted as she feels she doesn’t have to be accountable.

Used their service for a corporate event and the attendees loved it. The driver Brian was punctual, funny, friendly, and setting up the event was simple and easy with Sarah. Any small changes or requests we made were well received and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent service with a Vegas feel!
When we arrived with the bachelorette Capt Brian had the red carpet rolled out and assisted all the girls onto the bus. He made us all feel like a superstar! Whatever we wanted wherever we wanted to go he made it happen. We felt safe, our belongings felt secure and he didn’t miss a beat.
The party bus was the absolute best! Fully stocked, iPad full of all genres of party music, dual stripper poles, exquisite interior with laser, smoke and changing neon lights. The Bachelorette left saying it was the best night of her life. All of which was made possible by Main Event with their professional staff and state of the art vehicle. There were no surprises and everything was drama free. You won’t be disappointed if you use this company and on top of it all their military discount tells me they support our troops I would recommend them and utilize their services again in the future.
