Tthe play place is super cold kids dont even feel comfortable eating in their since its too cold specially in winter and with the AC on its extremely cold they need to fix that

It’s what you expect honestly. Fast food, so so service, tons of kids and teens on select days, WiFi, etc. I don’t mind the place. It’s just another fast food joint. If you don’t like mc donalds, crowds, or younglings then don’t eat in and drive thru instead. Some workers are okay, others are really stuck up. I in particular enjoyed a worker named Carlo’s service. He was kind, cute, and not rude one bit.

Playing place is located in the indoor. WiFi is also comfortable. Very happy.

We went there on Aug 2 sunday at 1137 AM.
Whoever is the Manager/​cashier on this shift needs to improve their (both are females) Customer Service Skills.
They messed up my wifes/​kids order for 3 times and didnt even do service recovery at all (didnt even apologize with «i dont care» look on their faces…) these guys needs some serious training and stop treating customers like «they are just things that needed to be processed»

Ordered minion happy meals from the drive thru. We were handed minion happy meal boxes, but when we arrived home and opened the boxes, there were no minion toys. Instead, old Mr. Peabody & Herman toys were stuffed in the boxes. Not sure what’s going on here, but one thing is for sure, we will never go here again! This is obviously not a «corporate» location. Avoid this place.

Up to a few months ago this McDonalds was an ok place to stop for a quick bite. but today it confirmed me not ever going back. This was in a drive thru order ks#13 he got all my order wrong. When i came to the second window to get my order ks#1 i stated my order was wrong, he said no its correct, you ordered this! Finally he changed my order. All i can say my dogs ate pretty good tonight. After everyone who was there working came to the window to hand me my food with disturbing laughter. There was no way i didn’t suspect something fishy. NO thankyou

Ketchup Nazi. We asked the driveway attendant if there was ketchup and she said yes peering at us through her black rimmed glasses. I asked for more and she gave us two packets. We drove away and lo and behold no ketchup in the bag just the two packets she recently gave us… frustrating when you pay $ 7 for something so small. I can take the small big mac meal, I can take the big price, but you never expect or can take being lied to. Where’s the love in I’m loving it? This franchise is turning me off more and more when I make mercy visits. I say let them go bankrupt. It’s time for the inevitable rise of fast casual.

I remember when this place first opened up years ago. A lot of people used to come with their kids, because it’s a McDonald’s Play Place, which means they have a huge play structure inside. Over the years, though, I’ve noticed that less and less people would come.
To be quite honest, this place seems pretty dead now. I no longer go inside to eat. Instead, I just go through the drive thru for my order. They’re pretty quick to get you your food and drinks, but the workers always appear bored. That adds to the already drab atmosphere.
It’s an okay spot if you’re in the area; nothing bad, nothing great. You want fast food? You got it.

Poor service… no napkins you have to ask for it. twice…people so slow like they’re so heavy to move my golly today is 8:47am Monday February 18 2013.

What do I buy when I come here? 20 pcs nuggets, their frap, parfait and their hot drinks. This place is like any other McDonald’s. Good location and okay service.

wow, respect. these folks were nice despite dealing with 3 obnoxious customers, ALL AT ONCE, (one of them being my mama). When my sister visits from arizona with her three boys aged 4,4, and 5 they go crazy in the indoor jungle germ gym. the kids seating, outdoor, and regular seating areas are all separate, so you don’t have to listen to kids screaming while you eat if you don’t want to.

the employees were nice, i cannot stress that enough. i’d probably treat you like shit and spit in your food if i worked there and had to deal with a bad attituded shithead.

stopped by and they tried to charge for each sauce with the nuggets… then when I pulled up to the window to get them, the girl just threw the bag at me and walked off!
WORST SERVICE EVER!

Uh-​er. .. I broke down and bought a psuedo-​cheeseburger in Osan, South Korea in mid-​May 2009: The McD’s burger was horrible-​they do not have mustard nor do they add the cheese! The cheese is an extra charge for a typical McD’s burger!
I think Koreans CANNOT make burgers. .. Koreans better stick to making Bulgogi instead of burgers at a fast food restaurant such as McDonald’s!
Yeah-​come to think of it. .. drinking a Singapore Sling from that Über-​expensive Hotel off Central and eating a QP didn’t taste very good, either.
Oh, hey-​just for kicks-​I took pics of different McDonald’s I have visited around the planet. .. tres bizarre! Regarding the McDonald’s in Spain, these restaurants serves wine and beer; these beverages are listed NEXT to the Kiddie Menu!
Hawaii serves Spam breakfast, Philippines serves Longanisa breakfast, Koreans serves Bulgogi Burger (tastes nasty!), and Singapore tastes like USA burgers. Who knew?

I’ve been to this location a number of times and have always had a good experience. Today I was pressed for time and needed something quick. I usually have something wrong with a mcdonald’s order so I was shocked that today the sandwich was pipping hot as were the fries. Even the coke had the right amount fizz to it. Thank goodness I was in and out in 5 mins, I made it to my appointment on time!

I’m a dollarmenunaire so off the bat most McDonald’s are in the ⁴⁄₅ star range. Everyone knows that Mickey D’s is a place for pretty tasty, cheap, fast food and those who bitch about the nutrition value go home, bake a boneless skinless chicken breasts, make some brown rice and steam some broccoli. But I’m going to have to bitch about this location and in particular one manager (who’s name I’ll eventually get). Me and my gf went to get sundaes being it was a nice sunny day in the bay area and the only thing to make the day even better would be $ 1.00 sundaes! We order our sundae’s and the manager hands back these sundaes where only ²⁄₃ of the plastic cup is filled. I ask the manager if he could add more ice cream being that the plastic up is nowhere close to even the rim. He gets really nervous and his response is that they are supposed to serve only 4 oz. of ice cream and immediately he breaks out a scale and measures the ice cream weight. It comes out to 6oz which still is complete BS because I have never been to a McDonald’s where they not only don’t fill up their sundaes but they argue that they’re right with some lame ass excuse. Whenever I go to this McDonald’s I try and find the manager that screwed me out of making my nice sunny day a pissed off one so I can order another sundae and this time tear him a new a-​hole.
