Mr Pretzels of Regency Square

Oh my god those cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites are to die for. They are AMAZING. Every time I go to Regency, I buy the pretzels. (Probably not a good idea health wise, but holy moly they are good.) so much better than Auntie Anne’s at Short Pump. This place is delicious! Plus they always have samples, so what’s not to love?

Before I get razzed that Mr. Pretzels is just a small pretzel stand inside of a mall, let me tell you that of this I’m well aware. But man, do they have some really rockin’ pretzels.
My fiancée wanted to check out one of the shops that are in Regency Square so I tagged along. I was wandering around a bit outside of the store and the red and white logo of Mr. Pretzel’s caught my eye.
–Food: We got an order of the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites. They’re served in a styrofoam cup. If I had to place a texture to them, they’re what I would imagine if a cinnamon roll had a love child with a cinnamon sugar pretzel. They’re a touch softer than a normal pretzel but definitely have that pretzely feeling to them. They’re fairly filling too; we both ate about half of the cup and were adequately satiated.
We didn’t try any, but they also have your fair share of large soft pretzels too. (Although why would you want them when you can have delicious pretzel bites?! I kid.)
–Cost: $ 3 for a medium sized styrofoam cup of cinnamon sugary goodness. Goodness!
–Service: I’m not sure exactly how fresh the pretzels were as they were in a little heating area when we got there, but they tasted fresh. The actual staff member we spoke to seemed nice enough.
–Overall: Yeah, okay fine, whatever, they’re mall pretzels. For what they are, they’re fantastic But when you’re shopping in a mall and want a quick bite to eat, sometimes mall pretzels are just what the hunger doctor ordered. And a cup of Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites happen to be exactly the food I was looking for. If you’re in Regency Square and have a hankerin’ for a pretzel, stop on by.

Cinnamon & Sugar pretzels is everything you need to know about Mr. Pretzels of Regency Square. The other pretzels are average but the cinnamon and sugar pretzels are amazing. This 5 star rating is solely for the cinnamon & sugar pretzels .The employees are friendly. The service is fast and good. If you ask for fresh baked pretzels, the employees will bake them for you within 7 minutes. The atmosphere is the typical mall crowd. If you haven’t tried the cinnamon & sugar pretzels, do yourself a favor!

I have been in Mr. Pretzels many times and I seem to get the same thing over and over. I always walk around the Food Court thinking I will order something else and I always end up at Mr. Pretzels as they are my favorite. I really enjoy the flavor of his Pretzels. Of course for me… I do not bring the Food Police so, I order my Pretzel with Extra Salt. I like my Pretzels with plenty of Yellow Mustard and of course the Cheese.
Today, I tried something different and they were the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites. I felt with the Pretzel being warm the Cinnamon Sugar just melted in my mouth and I was Over Whelmed in Flavor. I could see this also as a morning treat with some good coffee. In fact, I wish he had coffee to offer for those who would enjoy this with a good cup of Joe.
In addition, as I was paying, I had an item in my back pocket to fall out. I didn’t notice it was missing until I was eating my Pretzel on the other side of the Food Court. So when I finished, I went by the Mr. Pretzel stand to see if they had seen anything which was dropped on the floor. The owner quickly showed it to me and it was my item. I thanked him of course. This says a lot about the honesty and integrity of this Owner. He could have waited until I had left and gone into the store and been able to get the item on the Free Gift Card I had.
The next time you go into Regency, you need to check them out. Menu is limited but all the items are very good. I love the Soft Pretzel with the Cinnamon and Sugar. Wow! I may be going back soon, and if you see me there… Do not be surprised! I love Mr. Pretzels… :-)
