Natural Spring Water Filtration

This is the worst place to ever purchase a water unit from. Believe me I use to work for them. The office is a little old place on her land. The quarterly service is a rip off they claim to put potassium in your brine tank but it’s really salt pellets which is only 5 bucks at Home Depot. They also over charge for carbon changes an anything that needs to be done to the unit. Also Rose «the owner» will say that the units water will not kill any grass or plants which is a BIG lie. The installers like to hide the units away from the city workers because the way they are installed are illegal usually the drain! Once Rose suckers you into buying a unit you will regret it the minute you have an issue with it!

This is not a professional company!!! I would strongly advise everyone to stay with a major water softener company that has a good history.
The owner, Rose came out to make the sale and promised the world to us. She stumbled a bit and I am figuring it out now. Rose was looking for a plumbing drain while at our home and said that since there was not one close that she would drain the backwash onto the driveway/​yard with no problems. She mentioned that the backwash may kill the grass at one point and then when I asked her about that she said that it would not hurt the grass and everything would be fine. Guess what? All of the grass down the side of my driveway is dead and the soil will not grow anything! When I asked her about the dead grass she said «it must be from you stepping on it when you get out of your truck». Really? NO way Rose!
I should have been a bit alarmed when Rose brought her sales material with her that had the previous company name on it. If you read the only other reviews that I could find which are on Yahoo both were negative with rebuttals form what appears to be Roses’ husband, Steve. In his rebuttal, Steve claims that they have been in business for over 20 years with no bad reviews. It seems that if you change your company name every few years it all starts over!
In the sale Rose did her little test on the tap water in my home to show me how «awful» it was and said that she would repeat the test after the install to show us «how good her system is». When i contacted her after the sale she got very rude and belligerent with me and told me that she «said no such thing because tests cost extra money»!
The installation job was very second rate from the plumbing to the sheet rock to the electrical. The installer twisted the power wires together and taped them with electrical tape and stapled them to my ceiling in the garage. When I asked him about it he said that is «normal» and I advised him not at my house. The installer said that if I wanted it «done right» that it would cost more!
I know that with a little research on my part that I could have avoided most of this, and that was a fail on my part. So let this be a lesson to you guys and gals reading this!
