Neighbors Emergency Center

Red haired nurse Tara let us know that we came to the wrong ER. She explained that they are not equipped to handle serious emergencies. She continued that they have a small staff and that we should have gone to a larger ER that had more resources. Aparently she must be riding the wave of Obama hatred all the way to minority patients. I will be filing a complaint with oakbend medical center. When there is a need for medical help I thought time was important, I still believe that it is. I will continue to go to which ever ER I choose to. Nuse Tara needs professional etiquette training.

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would… I recommend this emergency center… especially, if you have sick children. I took my son here last Sunday at 3:30 a.m. He had a REALLY high fever. Sabrina greeted us and asked me to sign in… Once I signed in Nurse Darby took us back to check him out (took less than 5 minutes). The staff was VERY friendly and compassionate. The location was clean and neat. We were able to get an X-​ray and flu test done at the location as well. THANK GOD for Neighbors Emergency Center… my son ended up having pneumonia! They took such good care of us.DR. Cheng was very nice and thorough. This is now our «Go-​To» emergency location! I am very grateful of how quickly we were seen and how professional Sabrina, Nurse Darby, and DR. Cheng were! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
