Bought a Nokia N95−3 phone with built-in GPS(about $ 699MSRP). It’s unlocked and an import. Tried it for 2 days and the GPS is defective. I called the store and they said bring it to Nokia. I told them the phone is only 2 days old and there is no Nokia Repair Center in the entire California. Since the phone is only 48 hours old, I ask them if they can take a look at it first since they are Nokia reseller and probably can identify the problem. They say once the phone is bought, NOWARRANTY. They wouldn’t even look at it and do some pre-diagnostic to help a customer. They knew Nokia Repair Store is NOT anywhere in California and was very very impatient when I try to explain my problem. I Googled the N95 and there is some that have defective GPS, so looks like this store know my phone is defective and yet still sell me one. When I bought the phone, they were very nice, but 2 days after I have issue, they’re no longer nice. This store is not a corporate T-Mobile store, but a grey importer. I will stay away from them. They advertise things like FREE iPhone, FREEN85, etc but some of the phones probably defective. Buy the phone from Expansys or eBay that offer money back guarantee.
