Next Level Fitness

This is an amazing workout. I wouldn’t call it a boot camp, but a core strengthening full body workout. Honestly, I used to have a trainer and we did the same types of workouts and the cost for a 5 days a week in a month is less expensive than one trainer visit– and more fun too! I lived in Richmond and did it daily for about a year. The workouts rotate throughout about four locations in the Richmond area. No two workouts are the same. The locations change between Maymont park area, Bryan Park, James River area (near 2^nd st) and Forest Hill Park.
Each day has you focus on a different area of your body. The workouts are challenging, however the instructors offer variations based on your fitness level. Some days may even have a field day vibe. Speaking of fitness level, there are all sorts of people attending workouts, all fitness levels and even people with minor injuries. I mean it when I say there is a way to benefit here. Truly, a motivational workout even for a beginner.
I moved out of town and miss these workouts. It isn’t just the workouts but the supportive group atmosphere without being pushy or overwhelming. I try to attend when I am back. I lived in Richmond my entire life and was introduced to beautiful areas I never appreciated before while getting into shape. I tell people all the time I get more homesick for NLF than anything else.
I think each Monday you can join the group for a free workout to give it a try. You should. Where else can you work in toning arms and shoulders while staring out over the James River, or work on your legs while visiting Maymont Park?
