This store is in a large shopping plaza not far from the airport. Lots of other stores and restaurants close by. Plenty of parking.
The store itself is also pretty good sized. All of your office needs. Pens, stationary, furniture, printers, computers, USB drives, phone chargers, etc.

Right before Christmas (2014) I went in to find out what was wrong with my laptop after it suddenly turned off and would not turn back on. I suspected the battery and/​or the charger was bad.
First when I went in, the man who came to check out my computer proceeded to act as if he could not turn the computer on once hooking it up to the store’s charger. I kindly reached and pressed the button hard enough to turn the computer on. Voiding his original statement of «This is not good!»
Next he asked me several questions about my computer and things I have been experiencing. I answered them and explained I only use my computer for work. I also explained my thoughts on the charger needing replaced because of the issues with my Laptop not s, he proceeded to search my computer claiming I had a virus, needed a new charger, new battery, system wiped cleaned and restored, a restore disk, the cloud for backing up my files, all coming to around $ 300. Normally, I would have gone along with the program and shelled out the money but since I just spent a significant amount of money for Christmas, I was determined to keep the rest in my bank.
I told him no and when i got home i ordered a battery and charger on Amazon for a total of $ 60. My laptop is still working fine and Im happy to say I avoided being shakin down. Avoid taking your computer in for service here.

My experience was exclusively with the print shop and one of the female managers. If I find the card with her name on it, I will update this post.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend their printing services at all. Dropped off a simple project at 11am on a Saturday with Shannah explained to her very clearly and patiently about what I wanted (simple comb binding on 3 groups of 150 pages with blue front cover and black back cover). She the project would likely take a few hours because there were a few projects ahead of mine. That was fine. I called back a bit later and was told I could return at 1:15pm. I told her that I’d be in a meeting and would be back at 3pm.
Returned at 3:30pm to find it still sitting on the counter in pieces. New print shop attendant who did know about the time deadline wasted a few minutes explaining why it wasn’t done and tried to explain that they were waiting for clarification on something. Funny, they never called and the thing he pointed out was something completely irrelevant to the project. He said it would done in an hour. I told him that I would return and speak to the supervisor. He was hardly apologetic and even had some sass to him.
Came back, project was finished but I insisted on having a chat with the supervisor. She had been informed about the problem by the print attendant. She informed me that she spoke to him and Shannah and was told that there was no deadline. SUCH LIES. I plainly explained to her that both of her employees were clearly lying to her. I had a friend with me on my second trip that could attest to the fact that the sassy male attendant acknowledged that the deadline was missed. He was informed of the deadline by Shannah, so CLEARLY both knew.
Anyway, the supervisor was hardly apologetic, and merely continued the list of excuses her employees had tried. She asked me what I wanted her to do, I told her I did not want to pay for the project. She said she couldn’t do that, considering I had «only» waited 2 hours. I told her I wanted her regional manager’s information. She disappeared into the back room from where I could here phone chatter.
She brought me the regional super’s information and also informed me that I would not be charged. I explained to her I would still follow up and that I didn’t «just» wait 2 hours. It was actually almost 4 hours.
PLUS both front and back covers were blue. So not only are the employees here liars, slow, rude, and sassy, but they are also INCOMPETENT.
