So after buying a Bön Air house built in the 1950s I never knew I would become so familiar with septic tanks. They are something people don’t even like to acknowledge… my wife in particular. And when something goes wrong you feel almost helpless.
We have tried a couple companies in the area in our 8 years but ever since we tried Old Dominion we have not looked back. Local family owned operation, I recommend John Norris, his wife, brother, nephews, and everyone else they have on their crew. Multiple generations in one industry brings credence to their knowledge.
We have had a weekend emergency pump, a pipe clog leading to a basement leak due to a small child’s infatuation with flushing lots of TP, and also a standard pump. They always have a fair quote and I really don’t even feel the need to get other estimates anymore. They talk to you like a human being and clearly value customers.
So if you have any issues or just need a pump… I highly recommend these guys. At the very least get an estimate from them and my guess is they win you over versus one of the larger franchises. I never thought I would be adamant about my septic tank, but I am proud to do business with these guys.
