Panda Express

Welcome to my weakness!
I stopped here on a whim to see how the food was and it was AMAZING. There is always plenty of food. I prefer the teriyaki and orange chicken and their egg rolls are yummy as well. If you have the opportunity, DO IT!

Panda Express is great. I have eaten at most of their locations through out the richmond area and have always enjoyed great service. The only reason for the four stars is because the orange chicken was more bread then chicken. This is the first time thats happened. Im just hoping that it doesn’t become a common thing.

Terrible terrible service. No one in drive thru or inside, and no one ever took my order. Drove up to the window and the employee was on her cell phone. I tapped on the window and she came over and said sorry I was just getting ready to take your order. I left.

I like this location. No problems with online orders, good service, has Izze drink available. Friendly management.
I’ve been here a few times and can compare it with other locations that aren’t as good.

I am a BIG fan of Panda Express and was totally stoked that there is finally one near me. I was not so happy with the extremely long line. I have visited when there wasn’t anyone in line, but that is not too often.
The food is worth it though if you go with the understanding that you will be waiting… I guess that is the opposite of fast food. However, once you bite in to your delicious Orange Chicken and fried rice… yumm…I am DEFINITELY hungry now.

I have come to be a big fan of Panda express. This location and the one on hull street are very good. They had one at short pump in the food court and that is what I used to think of Panda Express as — cheap food court Chinese.
It is much more then that and the full restaurants put the food court version to shame. My son is a big fan of the orange chicken. I like many of the steak selections.

I like the honey walnut shrimp with veggies, rice or lomein and spring rolls!
Plus I like pandas, they make me smile!

Absolutely the WORST Panda Express I’ve ever been to. While ordering through the drive through, I forgot to add a drink to my order. I politely asked to do so at the window where the young girl proceeded to roll her eyes at my request.
After a longer than expected wait, I receive my food and drive off. Once I get home, I opened my order to find that the spare ribs were completely burnt and dry. They seem to have sit under a heat lamp far too long after they were originally cooked. And I was only given 3 small ribs to begin with… and up charged for having that as my second entrée.
I was thoroughly disgusted and vow to never go back. I would advise all others to not waste their money there!

It’s been 27 minutes. With only 2 cars in front of me. I now have 4 behind me and cannot even get out of this drive-​thru. I’ve yet to order as I type this. The wait is usually long. But today will be my last time coming to this location. Ghetto, poorly managed, and my food is rarely fresh. I would give it 0 if I could.

I always called Chinese restaurants «fake Chinese» restaurants cause, as we all know, what we’re eating at a so-​called Chinese restaurant is everything BUT real Chinese food. I know. I promise.
With that being said, WHY in the world would I EVER step my pretty heels into a «fake Chinese» restaurant? Cause it was convenient and I needed to save time.
This place is, first of all, ROCKIN. The line was to the DOOR. To the door, people. Like a Jason Mraz concert except without all the girls in short shorts and crop tops trying to get Mraz to look their way. And without the noise. And without the beer in hand.
Okay, so maybe it wasn’t REALLY like Jason Mraz concert, but the food was better than I had anticipated. They had the ribs, an extra $ 1 and some change, fried rice, and the grilled chicken. All were tender, well marinated, and GOOD. The meal, which includes a drink, was a bit pricey, over $ 10.00. But it was such a good portion size that I had to take half of the food home.
The cashier’s service was excellent. She was smiling, helpful, and never ever did she act like I was an inconvenience even when I went back to the cashier about 3 times.
They’ve got good tables, great lighting, the food is laying all out for everyone to see, and the staff seems to be wearing gloves, hats, and aprons. I’d come here again if I were in another time crunch.

Great place to go if you have half the day to wait for your food! At least it is not boring because you get to listen to personal conversations of their employees. I normally like Panda Express but here, the food is just not good and customer service just horrid.

Poorly run location. Young kids and no supervision. We went in at 12:30pm on a Sunday. One third of the entrees were out. No tea. We mentioned that there was no tea, and no one did anything. We won’t go back. It was dirty and poorly staffed.

Very slow drive thru. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes of your lunch break. Not «express» at all

This Panda Express recently opened a few months ago. I’m not a big fan of chain Chinese restaurants but Panda Express is good for fast food. This location has a drive-​thru which is convenient. The food usually stays hot which is a plus (better than mall). I personally prefer the off site Panda Express over the mall locations. During primes hours, expect a longer wait. If you’re looking for fast Chinese food, Panda Express is a decent choice. Customer service is good at this location. There’s parking around the restaurant. I give Panda Express a 3.5 rating round up to a 4 because of good customer service.
