We are happy with the ped center. We love our doctor, Dr. Black. He’s awesome! He is my doctor, our daughter’s doctor and my husband’s (who was a previous cancer patient.) We’ve never been unhappy with Dr. Black.
We’ve heard others complain about the staff but we’ve never had a problem. The phone staff (operators) can be less than pleasant at times but nothing that’s ever ruined my day or anything.
There is one doctor who was the one we were always forced to see if Dr. Black wasn’t available (same day appointments, etc.) and we were unhappy with her (poor bedside manner, very, very slow causing a 2 hour wait in the exam room before seeing her). But otherwise, we’ve been coming here for years and are pleased!
