We had to have first time service on our 52 inch Samsung LCD television. Sent an email to them on Sun evening, got an immediate response, a phone call Monday morning & service @ 0900 and all done in no time. Jim was beyond knowledgeable and so pleasant. We were so lucky that we picked PNCR for our service.
