The first thing I noticed about Professional Home Services is their awesome website. Very well put together and easy to navigate. They provide links to sites like facebook and Unilocal where I could quickly read reviews and customer comments. Not only are they BBB certified but they even provide a link to their profile on BBB. I do a lot of shopping around before calling in a pro, PHS made it extremely easy for me to verify their credentials and customer satisfaction ratings.
I called PHS for a roof inspection and consultation for a sun-​room. Michael showed up right on time and in a good mood! Not only did he inspect my roof, he went ahead and patched some of the problem areas for no additional charge, and took photos for me.
I am often anxious dealing with contractors, there are so many that prey on a home owner’s inexperience but I feel like I got a fair and honest assessment of my roof. I look forward to working with them on my new sun-​room in the very near future!

I used Mike and his team to replace my roof in November 2015. They were fantastic! Mike explained every step of the process, gave me a price I couldn’t refuse, and was timely with his responses and project completion. He made sure I had pictures as the project progressed, and kept me informed all the way to the end. I highly recommend this business for your home, and will use them again should the need arise.

We used Mike and his team to replace our windows in 2010 and our roof in 2013. Mike is the most responsive contractor we’ve ever worked with. They have a high quality of work and are responsive to any small issues that arise. Unlike other contractors in the area, they will stick to their timeline! They have very good pricing and use top notch materials.
If something else needs to be addressed with our home, Mike will be our first phone call. PHS gets our highest recommendation.
