Been training with ReDefine for the past 2 months and loving it! The classes are just the right size. Small enough that you get individual attention. But large enough that you still get that group workout atmosphere (w/​o the pretentious intimidation that some group environments can breed). They push hard and keep you motivated. And we have a good time while working out. Before I know it, I’ve worked out for an entire hour. I’m energized and feeling stronger every day. Absolutely recommended as a great place to work out.

I have been training at ReDefine RVA for the last ~ 6 months and have made gains never achieved alone at the gym or with home programs (Insanity or p90X). Cyp, Alan, Antoine (Roc) and Ben have helped me reintegrate into resistance training and conditioning after a long time off after some serious injuries. They listen to your concerns and can formulate work around exercises and slowly strengthen those areas. They KNOW you and your body. I can recommend this gym without hesitation.

I have been training at ReDefine RVA for 4 months and it is awesome. The sessions are limited to a small number usually 4 – 6 people so the trainers are able to customize the training to each individual. I have a bad knee so I have to work around it while still trying to strengthen it. Cyp, Alan, Roc, and Ben are all experienced trainers and good motivators. This is definitely 2 steps up from just hitting the gym. I have used personal trainers for many years and this method has been my favorite, no hovering and lower cost per session than 1 on 1. ReDefine also provide nutritional guidance and advice. The owners care about your success.

I have learned so much from Cyp and Alan. They have made me realize that it’s not about the pounds but more about the feeling and fit. I am feeling stronger, healthier and fitting into my own skin a lot more comfortably than I was before. I am no longer intimidated at the gym and I finally feel like I have a focused fitness regimen that shows real results. All the trainers are professional, easy to talk to and really passionate without being pushy. They understand that not everyone is going to be at the same fitness level and they really work to create workouts that are mindful of that. All the while, they recognize your progress and ability and motivate you that little bit further because they know you can, even when you may not see it just yet. ReDefine RVA has changed me for the better and I am happier for it.
