Ric and his team are as good as it gets. When I first met with him, he mentioned that he had driven past the property in advance of our meeting and he had some great feedback. What insurance agent does that??? Ric really cares about his clients, and it shows. Even as the property moved from a primary residence to a rental, Ric remained the «go-​to» person for all of the questions and challenges that come with that transition. Many thanks to Ric for all of his dedication and responsiveness throughout the years.

I’ve used Ric now for a myriad of vehicles over the past 6 years and have only had excellent interactions and quick customer service. It seems his business is continually growing, so its not always as easy to catch him the first time you call, but leaving a message ensures a quick call back.
I feel great having State Farm, but more so Ric, to handle any and all claims as they occur.
I would strongly encourage Ric for any and all of your insurance needs, no matter where in RVA or surrounding areas you live.
