Richmond 40 Bowl

Worst bowling establishment I’ve ever been to. During «cosmic bowling», which is unlimited bowling from 11 – 130 on Saturdays, our lane was out of order for the first 40 minutes. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue. We demanded a refund to which they refused. When I asked to speak with the manager I was informed that I was speaking with the manager. I asked to speak with the owner to which they replied that was not possible. After quite a bit of arguing I was given a refund but asked to leave and given a lifetime ban. This was not the first unpleasant experience I’ve had with them due to their lanes not functioning. I would never return here even had I not been banned. I hope nothing but the worst for this business.

Brought my nieces and nephews here on a Wednesday night and we had a fabulous time! Definitely dated and worn building. The staff were super helpful and nice. I great night of fun!!!

Went Bowling here last night & thought it was pretty decent. Bathrooms were simply terrible, & the staff weren’t the most friendly I had ever had, but over all the lanes weren’t too bad.
Would probably go back here sometime if it was the last bowling lane in town.
