The East End Richmond Library has to be the only library with a metal detector to walk through and a security guard. Then after being there for a few minutes I saw why.
The people there were louder than necessary. Talking as if they were at home. Listening to music on the headphones attached to the computer but so loud everyone could hear. Then the librarians try to ask the people to be quiet and that doesn’t work.
This library is minutes from home but convenience isn’t worth the noise and chaos.
