I had a question as to what size the damage of a ding needed to be in order to be considered non cosmetic. I spoke with Robert who was very friendly and helpful in directing me with advice as to what to do about the ding in my new windshield. I wish every business had a Robert in charge of directing calls and questions because his professionalism and common courtesy skills were outstanding to say the least. He was very interested in helping to give me some of his own experience advice, not the advice of «Safelite» but his own personal advice as to what types of material to try out that might cosmetically cover the ding in my glass. If ever I get more than a cosmetic ding to my windshield I will be sure to give the Chester branch my business because of the kindness and consideration I received from Robert! Thanks Robert for being so helpful! I will be certain give «Jewellers Rouge» a try to the pesky ding on my brand new windshield!
