I highly recommend using Sea Geeks if you have a computer problem! Brad showed up exactly on time — was very professional and friendly. He helped fix my problem (my computer was completely lagging everywhere — slow and unresponsive) — but now it’s healthy, fast, and clean! Brad left me with some great tips to help me in the future as well! Reasonable rates. I would definitely use Sea Geeks again if needed and will be recommending this service to my friends!

I think they’re out of business. I sent two emergency requests for appointment through the website when my computer crashed and I needed information for project that weekend, got no response back. Either they are out of business or suck at customer service.

Brad from Sea Geeks has made my computer world a better place on several occasions. He changed my system to wireless and saved the day when I tried to remedy a glitch myself by running «System Recovery» (This program, for those not familiar with it (my case at the time), restores a computer to its factory condition, in other words, wipes out everything you’ve done since day one.) As I hyperventilated nearby, Brad worked his magic and retrieved my files, photos and music. He even managed to make my computer world a little less intimidating. No small feat!

These geeks saved my life! Total system crash on my ancient computer with huge presentation due in three days. I thought I had lost weeks of work (I know I should have backed it up). Called seageeks and they scheduled me for emergency appt the next morning. Got my data out of the toasted computer, recommended a cheap laptop I picked up that same day, the next morning he came back and set the new one up with all my old files and programs ready for the next days presentation. They were courteous, professional, and I actually enjoyed having the guys reassuring company as I totally freaked out. An exceptional service and reasonable rates.
