Simply Import Auto Service

I have been going to Simply Import since I got my driver’s license 11 – 12 years ago. It’s the only place I trust with my car (which, due to their great care of my vehicle, is still the same one I was taking to them back then!!). Even though I’ve moved and now have to drive across town to go to them, it’s completely worth it.
I have a 1997 Honda CRV, and it has over 200k miles on it, and still runs great thanks to the care and time that Jay and his team take each time I go in. I trust them completely, and know that they will always make an effort to make my visits as quick and affordable as possible.
I made the mistake of going for my inspection last year to another shop closer to my work, and they failed my car with a long list of problems. I then decided to take it to Simply Import to verify that what they said did indeed need to be fixed. Jay said that some of the issues the other shop listed were not actually problems, and was able to correct only the things that were actually wrong, re-​inspect my car, and perform an oil change for a few hundred dollars less than the other shop wanted to charge me just to fix the «problems.» Being a young girl, I think that the other shop knew that I was basically clueless on auto maintenance and thought that they could get me to spend extra on unnecessary repairs. I’m so glad I took it to Simply Import for a second, HONEST, opinion!
I’m not surprised they won another Style Weekly «Best of» award, as I would trust nowhere else with my car!

It’s the only place I will let work on my vehicles. They fix it right the first time, every time. What others have mis-​diagnosed, they have found the real cause and fixed. I have never had a repeat call. I have had 6 vehicles serviced there over 2 years and never had a problem. We are lucky to have them in the business.
