Sonic

This place was very disappointing. It was my first time at Sonic and The customer service was terrible; they were attitudinal, over cooked the food, and forgot nerds in my nerd slushy! When I asked for them to add nerds; they sprinkled a few on top. Definitely will not return!

Convenient, but there is a car hop that works here who will not hand you your order. She just stands there and says nothing. You have to grab everything off her tray. Weird!

It’s impossible for this location to ever get their ice cream correct no matter how many times u order something it is going to be wrong every single time and then when u point it out to then they want to charge u extra for something u already ordered. I’ve given them several tried and EVERY TIME it happens. And god forbid they give you napkins or utensils with their Asian dipped boneless chicken wings. Again, ridiculous. get your shit together people, it’s not that difficult to make a shake –_​– esp after it was repeated 5 times because I don’t know your own menu.

I had a great experience with this particular sonic location. I ordered and got my food within 5 minutes, which is the fastest I’ve gotten my order at any sonic ever! The food was good as always :)

Sonic is a rapid way to get good food and enjoy it in your vehicle. It’s a tough sell to try to beat Cookout in this category, though Sonic still has some great offerings.
I’ve come here several times and have no major complaints thus far: the individuals taking my order and bringing it out have been polite, accurate, and expedient, so no faults there. The food has always been delicious and well-​cooked, with quite a variety of offerings (albeit on a cycling menu which can be hard to read for some items).
If you’re trying to decide on where to get some late night food, this is a good option if you want something good and well-​presented, and you want to be able to make another order or request condiments on a whim. However, if you want to get full for cheaper and don’t mind the pure fast-​food toss-​it-​in-​a-​bag mentality, I’d opt for Cookout instead. It really depends on your mood, and I frequent both. You can’t go wrong, really!

Pros:
— Food is good and consistent.
— Polite and expedient service.
— Parking area is kept clean and attractive.
Cons:
— Some of the menu items are only listed on a cycling menu, making reading and ordering them difficult.
— There are a multitude of size choices, though the tiny ones are effectively pointless to order.
— Prices are relatively high for what is really just glorified fast food.

Sonic is sonic. The places is new but I didn’t sense any hitches.
I did want to go ahead and take a second to say that even though I usually like local places and I dislike national chains I’m really glad these guys replace to Bills BBQ. Bill’s barbecue you didn’t go out of business because of Obama you went out because you served less than mediocre barbecue Sonic is what it is it’s perfectly fine but I’m just glad to see the Bills barbecue is gone they didn’t deserve to make it.
