I received the worse service of my life in this store. I will not go into further details as I have contacted Sprint corporate offices in regards to the horrific service at this location. Save yourself some time and trouble; do not go here.

The employees here are not attentive to customers. Not one customer was greeted or acknowledged upon walking in and after being ignored and a prolonged wait the majority of people just walked away. This Sprint location must hire more employees and train the ones that they do have to be more diligent, courteous, and accommodating.

Had an appointment, came in, wasn’t even greeted or talked to, ever. Stayed for 45 minutes and left. Don’t ever go here. These people have no idea what they’re doing. What’s the point of even making an appointment if the staff won’t ever get to you anyway? Sprint should be ashamed.

It’s Saturday afternoon and they have 3 people working. I’ve been in line for 10 minutes. They are all still with the same customers as when I first walked in. There are 3 more people ahead of me. This doesn’t make any sense.

These guys were able to help me buy a new phone. Everytime I come here, there are weird people just standing around in the store, so if you are bringing your family or have little tolerance to weird people, maybe drive the extra 10 minutes and go somewhere else.

I can always count on this location to mess up my plan. Mess it up so badly that I have to spend hours if not days getting it fixed. If I say I need a phone for my teenage son and want to add him to my plan how does that translate to he needs his own $ 110/mo plan? Why are you giving me rebate forms that expired a month ago? It’s service like this that drives customers away.
