I always come here before work. I ordered a sweeten iced green tea every time. Each time is either way too sweet or tasted like water. I’m not sure they accidentally pump too much syrup or what. But it not consistent!

I normally get the tall mocha frap, but this time I decided to be adventurous and get the caramel frap instead. I wanna say I was delighted with my choice. Not too sweet and with just enough caramel drizzle. I did not go inside the Starbucks but drive thru was fast and friendly. I will be coming back!

This Starbucks was initially my go-to coffee shop to write a paper or work on some project because the place does not get too overcrowded. They play really nice music, and it is clean most of the time. I always order the classic espresso coffee like caffé mocha or chai tea latté or cold coffee such as frappuccino. They have a new flavor of coffee which is the cinnamon chai latté that I ordered 2 nights ago, and it was really good. Yesterday, I ordered it again, and the taste was not the same w/another person making it. I told them about it, and they immediately replaced it, but it was not the same again like the other night. I think they need training on consistency on making the coffee. Today, I was standing at the counter. Several staff had looked at me and ignored to take my order. Finally, the 5th person did. I ordered a tall caffé mocha. I lifted the cup after it was made, and the cup was only halfway full. I would have said something, but I thought I would just put the complaint here so all of their staff can possibly read this including other customers. For such a new branch of Starbucks in this location where sales is dependent on the residents around the area and not business people, I think it’s important that they establish consistent and good customer service. I like Starbucks, but I also love Dunkin Donuts’ coffee where price is cheaper, and coffee is comparable. I wouldn’t mind driving to hwy 6 to get DD coffee that will save me money. This is my first Unilocal review. I never really write reviews for Unilocal,but after ordering a tiny coffee that is as expensive as $ 4 that is half-filled, I just had to write this review.

These guys are top notch! This morning, after arriving and ordering my coffee via the drive through window, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. The team here didn’t blink an eye and said my coffee was on them! This was such a great gesture that I came back and left $ 20 and asked them to buy the next persons coffee(s) on me… I love it when things like this happen… Please pay it forward :) Huge thanks to the Starbucks team for making this a great Monday!

They are very friendly, but sooooo very slow the 4 – 5 times I’ve been here through the drive thru. I don’t understand why it takes so long during non rush hour times with 2 – 3 cars in line to get the drinks out. For that reason, there are times that I’m driving by and WANT to stop for coffee, but just don’t have the time to or feel like waiting as long as I know I’ll have to. I’m talking 20 – 30 minutes of waiting. It’s very bizarre and disappointing.

this is my new daily drive thru and every morning the staff is courteous and friendly. they’re always happy to take my order and confirm it and ive never had a mistake. one of the bests Starbucks I’ve been to and it’s all due to the staff there.

I would rate this 4star if I haven’t tasted my all time favorite Java chip frappuccino, I don’t know why it tasted weird but the chocolate on top of my coffee seems like it was old so it was kinda sour. This purchase just tells me not to go back there anymore.

Welcome to the Starbucks with the slowest service on earth!!! The baristas are hit or miss. Most of them are friendly, but some stand around talking instead of making your drink when it’s slow. It has now been 18 minutes, and my wife still has not received her freaking frappucino! So, it’s been a few years, and the service has gotten a lot better! Justin is the best barista here, but there are several great ones like Christian and Tyler! If you’ve had slow service here in the past, give it another try. If the manager(Natalie) is working, you better believe they’ll be on point! If you come during their rush hour, expect to wait a little longer. And if it’s taking longer than expected, it was probably just an honest mistake. FYI, if you are looking for a good wi-fi signal, my speed test showed they’re getting at least 50mbs download, and 11mbs up!

I had a chai latte and it was pretty good! I was working on my thesis about can birds see the wind. I was having a mental block. I was getting very frustrated and then I had to use the restroom. The restroom was fabulous! I dropped a nice deuce in relaxation! I came back to continue my work on my thesis and my mind was so clear. It was like once I cleared the pipes, I was free as a bird to continue my writing! I will definitely be returning to have a chai latte and to use that nice restroom! The toilet paper was A-OK!!!

My friend and I came when there were only 2 cars at the drive-thru with no line inside. We’re thinking this can’t take long at all. WEWEREWRONG. Dead wrong… There were 6 – 7 people deep behind the counter and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for 5 drinks. Stock order too… None of those complicated requests to add more to a drink. Customer service was OK. Friendly but were lost and confused with the customer line building up. They need a few veterans in the starting lineup. In the end… Everyone said their drinks were just OK compared to other locations I’ll be back in a few months for another shot.

My mom lives around here so I always grab a Starbucks when I visit her. As an avid coffee drinker(gold card member that drinks coffee throughout the day, everyday) the joy that came over me when I saw that a Starbucks was«coming soon» was beyond describable. I decided to give them a month after they opened before visiting so they can work out the kinks and let the newness die now. My first visit was horrible, I ordered a drink off their secret menu and that was an epic fail. They were not able to comprehend the drink order and gave me an attitude about ordering that drink. Lesson learned. Next time I came back I order their typical holiday drink to keep it simple. They charged me twice for one venti watered down flavorless frap. 3rd-5th time visiting here was the same, disgusting. Their baristas need more training, they’re being light on their pumps, or they’re just being careless. It’s either diluted or unpalatable. I will not come back.

Ugh, it’s so frustrating to take a sip of your morning joe only to realize it taste like crap! For the 9⁄10 times that I have been here, the drinks has been more of a miss than a hit. I was ecstatic(still am) that there’s a Starbucks a couple blocks from my house. I tried them out in the beginning and the drinks(especially the very berry hibiscus) were horrible! It was bland, colorless, barely any berries, and watered-down. For the few times that I ordered it, it was always the same. Needless to say… I haven’t order one there since. I’ll go to a more established location… they tend to do it better. For the last few times that I order a Vanilla Latte, only once have been consistent with other locations I ordered from. It’s early in the morning, trying to get my day started, order a cup of coffee(an expensive cup at that), thinking I’m starting my day on the right foot so imagine my disappointment when I took the first sip & it doesn’t taste like vanilla or coffee! W. T. H. I’m done with this place for now… I’ll go the one closer to work until this place gets it together. 3 stars for the customer service, they’re friendly, but that’s not enough to keep me returning to this location.
